Two hours once a week in each community Im paid as coordinator in an NGO but act as volonteer during odd hours ex:National Coordinator for International Aids Candlelight Memorial

In all my sessions of prevention in workplace and in the 16 days against violence,I talk about GBV International activities that I organise I invite women association to participate

I introduce in 2006 the International Aids Candlelight Memorial in Mauritius and now it is the biggest events of HIV and AIDS and the more important network of community Leaders in Mauritius specifying half of them are women 2012 the International posters is a picture done in a candlelight in Mauritius

SHORT STORY OR ANECDOTE THAT ILLUSTRATES THE PASSION OF THE LEADER

I am an ex substance abusers and I form part of a program of rehabilitation 18 years ago. This part of my life made me realize and understand everything that was happening around me. Just after my rehabs, i have decided to dedicate myself to the welfare of others. Since I am a social worker and recognized in my country for the work I do in the field of Substance Abuse,HIV&AIDS and gender violence and i am the coordinator of an NGO called LEAD
