INSEPARABLE TWINS- FASHION FURNITURE BY MANDY REP BLOG

Completed as an assignment for the Willem de Koonig Academie, Rotterdam the images feature angular furniture conjoined with clothing created by the desginer. The concept, styling and photography are the work of Rep herself and show an awkwardly intriguing notion of wearing furniture. The designer suggests that the collection lets furniture and fashion fuse together and are being monogamous with each other. The soft structured outfits flow into the harsh wooden angles of the Cabinet or Desk convincing with intricate and overlaps and colour co-ordination.
