Complete customer and order information sections of Junction Box Drilling Template YS, YL and YF boxes on this program will be furnished with mounting feet YR, YT and YU boxes on this program will not be furnished with mounting feet Indicate if grounding lug is to be installed by checking yes or no on Junction Box Drilling Template and selecting catalog number for correct size ground lug Indicate if conduit entries are to be furnished by checking yes or no on Junction Box Drilling Template If conduit entries are to be furnished, indicate their type, size and position using the Junction Box Drilling Template - Slip Hole: These are clearance holes for conduit. No threads are provided.
