The Amazing World of Laughter and its Super Healing Power is a helpful way to keep us away from stress and it gives you an effective tips and ways how to keep yourself healthy. Laughter is the best medicine because it can manage to develop you physically or emotionally. Laughter is the greatest way to keep us healthy and away from illness.

The Amazing World of Laughter and its Super Healing Power is a guide for us to have a happy and cheerful life and especially a healthy life that we can live on. All of us can learn a lot of ways to make our life more interesting and cheerful.

I truly thank our almighty God because he guided me through the right path and I am really blessed because God himself gave me a lot of blessings like for giving me a wonderful life that I can live on. For keeping us safe all the time and for giving me a supportive family and caring friends. I thank him for being with me the whole time and for watching me to keep me away from any danger that may come.

I truly thank Prof. Espie Chinel Aparis because she wrote and shared a wonderful book (The Amazing World of Laughter and its Super Healing Power) and taught us the real value of Laughter in our daily lives. The book gave me a wonderful and positive thoughts.

Laughter is a great exercise to keep ourselves healthy because laughter can improve you physically and mentally fit. Laughter keeps you away from stress. If your having a problem and you feel bad about it just laugh it out and think positively all the time in order for you to avoid stress. Laughter makes you feel good. And the good feeling that you get when you laugh remains with you even after the laughter subsides. Humor helps you keep a positive, optimistic outlook through difficult situations,

disappointments, and loss. Sharing laughter with your friends is a good habit because you and your friends are gaining a healthy life and your having a relaxing feeling. Laughter increases our sense of humor because it develops our mind. Laughter feels you good all the time and it is a great stress reducer. Laughter is a powerful antidote to stress, pain, and conflict. Just as with smiling and kindness most people find that laughter is contagious, so if you bring more laughter into your life, you can most likely help others around you to laugh more, and realize these benefits as well. By elevating the mood of those around you, you can reduce their stress levels, and perhaps improve the quality of social interaction you experience with them, reducing your stress level even more. Laughter connects us with others. Making friends or socializing with other people is easy if they see you happy and jolly all the time and you can express it by just having a good laugh with them.

Today many people were terribly suffered from a deep problem because they always think negatively but if they knew that the answer to their problems is just by laughing they can think positively and reduce their stress even if it a really deep problem. Instead of complaining about life's frustrations, try to laugh about them. If something is so frustrating or depressing it's ridiculous, realize that you could look back on it and laugh. Laughter brings the focus away from anger guilt, stress and negative emotions in a more beneficial way than other mere distractions. Think of how it will sound as a story you could tell to your friends, and then see if you can laugh about it now. With this attitude, you may also find yourself being more lighthearted and silly, giving yourself and those around you more to laugh about. Approach life in a more mirthful way and you'll find you're less stressed about negative events, and you'll achieve the health benefits of laughter. Laughter can make you a good and a positive thinking person because it increases your intelligence and moral values. Shared laughter is one of the most effective tools for keeping relationships fresh and exciting. All emotional sharing builds strong and lasting relationship bonds, but sharing laughter and play also adds joy, vitality, and resilience. Humor is a powerful and effective way to heal resentments, disagreements, and hurts. Laughter unites people during difficult times .Laughter is one of the best key in our lives in order for us to surpass any problems in our life.

Laughter is a great source of energy in our body because it makes us more physically and mentally fit. Laughter can provide us our vitamins that helps to make our body healthy. Having a good laugh makes you more attentive and alert all the time because it stimulates your brain. A good laugh contributes more energy in our body and it helps our emotion to be happy and jolly all the time. Laughter is a great energizer in our body because it makes you feel good all the time. Nothing works faster or more dependably to bring your mind and body back into balance than a good laugh. Humor lightens your burdens, inspires hopes, connects you to others, and keeps you grounded, focused, and alert. Having a funny jokes with your friends is a wonderful way to have a good laugh. A good laugh can keep you smile all the time and you can show to all people that you have a good personality because you are showing that you are a better and happy person. Many people will socialize with you because most of the people wants a happy and cheerful friend. Just have a good laugh and many people will be lighten up by your cheerful attitude. Energizing yourself by a good laugh is a wonderful thing to do. Good laugh is very important because without a good laugh you will be having a sad life instead of happy and wonderful life.

Laughter is a blessing that God have given to us because laughter makes our everyday life happier and being happy all the time makes you a great and cheerful person. Being a great and cheerful person is God wants to see from us. Laughter makes us more jolly that it can lit up the whole world. Showing all the people that laughter can make the whole world more beautiful is a good way to influence them a good habit and a better attitude. A world that is full of laughter is a paradise because it can make our world peaceful and cheerful. Laughter is the key to all of our sufferings and pain that we experienced in life. It can cope us up because laughter is more powerful than a problem. Smiling all the time can bring a better attitude to us and to all the people because it can make your day more happier and successful. To be a successful person you must be a positive thinker but you can only be a positive thinker if you are a good in socializing with other people. Being successful person is a goal so we must learn how to socialize and to be a positive thinker so that other people can accept us and not be afraid or terrified to be with us the whole time. Showing this kind of attitude can bring us more blessings because God will be happy for us in what were doing and being capable to be happy and cheerful all the time.

Being a jolly person is known to have a cheerful personality. Laughter really is a great exercise because it improves us to have a cheerful personality. More laughter means your personality is great. Laughter can keep us away from any stress in school, offices and any other more places that we can encounter stress. Laughter is one of the all-time favorite stress management strategies because it's free, convenient, and beneficial in so many ways. Laughter is free and all of us can do it so we must all have a good laugh and spending it with our families and friends even in socializing with other person. This kind of exercise is easy and effective way to help our physical and mental appearance more broad. Laughter is a very interesting doing because even though you have a problem having a good laugh with your families and friends you can cheer your mind up and even erase the problem in your life. I really love laughing out loud because it always cheers me up the whole time. Laughing improves my confidence and gives me a wonderful socializing skills. Laughing is really a blessing to us that God gave to us because it is free and we can all spend it with our love ones in our life. Laughter is really a good exercise that we can exercise day by day.
