We are delighted to confirm a number of visits onboard two of our ships, Nautica (R-Class) and Marina (O-Class) with 16 dates across the UK throughout the summer. Q. How will we book Oceania fly/cruise packages? A. Registered agents can book via Amadeus Cruise or our Travel Agent Centre, or by calling Reservations on 0845 505 1920. Q. How will the FREE AIR programme work? A. After the initial option has been confirmed Oceania Cruises will allocate air using one of a select list of preferred carriers and will confirm flight details 75 days prior to sailing. Q. What if my clients want their flight details now? A. Clients can choose to book and confirm their flight details at any time by paying an Air Deviation fee of 50 per person. Q. What are you doing for regional connections? A. Oceania Cruises will charge 149 per person for the return regional connecting flights to the international journey. Due to the nature of regional connections, flights will be confirmed at time of booking.

Q. Will you use Low Cost Carriers? A. Oceania Cruises has taken the decision not to offer Low Cost carriers within our FREE AIR programme. Clients wishing to do so should book cruise only. Q. What if my clients want to book cruise only? A. An Air Credit relevant to the chosen itinerary will be applied to the booking. Q. Will prices include transfers? A. In keeping with Oceania Cruises philosophy of allowing clients to create their own bespoke holiday, transfers are not included in the published fares but can be purchased at additional cost. Q. Will this affect Oceania Cruises Fully Refundable Deposit? A. Oceania Cruises will continue to offer our trademark Fully Refundable Deposit until final payment date, after which standard cancellation terms apply.
