High School Department


A High School which develops, educates, and nurtures achievers, leaders and nation-builder. It prepares its students for life, for further college education, and for the world of work. It develops the adolescents into responsible into responsible and well rounded individuals who are conscious and mindful of their obligations to God, family, community and the nation. It provides a venue for the pursuit of excellence in academics, technology and research through its balanced academic and co - curricular program, experiential learning schemes, entrepreneurship and leadership skills training, varied curricular and co-curricular activities, personality enhancement and office management practice. Its classrooms are fully air-conditioned and its campus is safe and secure for its students. It has complete facilities to support its academic programs and co-curricular activities. It promotes quality education through competent, caring and professionally licensed teacher and qualified and experienced administrator. It is the only high school in Las Pias City that offers a two-fold curriculum - the curriculum of the Department of Education and a special, enriched curriculum, the Business High school Program, which has business - related subjects over and above the academic learning competencies prescribed by the Department of Education. There are two curricula offered in the High School Department that follows the prescribed Revised Basic Education Curriculum of the Department of Education (BEC 2003). These are the Business High School Curriculum and the Regular High School Curriculum.

BUSINESS HIGH SCHOOL


The BHS Curriculum is designed to develop the entrepreneurial attitude and skills of the Perpetualite. The student is introduced to the world of business: markets, consumer studies, management, accounting, finance, and communications. In addition to the academic learning competencies prescribed by the DepEd, the student is taught Computer Education and additional subjects on how to put up a small business, how to get funding, and how to manage and operate it. 1st Year Basic Entrepreneurship and Personality Development 2nd Year Marketing and Salesmanship, Business Ethics, and Business Communication 3rd Year Business Management and Basic Finance 4th Year Office Management with Practicum and Mini-Business, Basic Accounting, Foreign Language (Nihongo/Mandarin), and Humanities
