Controller Box ML-MC-CB1: Chassi and cover manufactured of anodized aluminium. Connects to 230V mains with factoryinstalled cable, length 2.5 m. IR sensor mounted in center of cover for receiving signals from remote control. Connection of fixture or Distribution Box ML-MC-DB1 via Wieland Mini 5-pole connector. Can be connected to Slave Box ML-MC-SB1 using RJ11 cable to expand system. Use RJ11 cable for connecting to PC during transfer of sequences programmed with RGB PC KIT FS1 software. The Controller Box feeds up to 32 DALI ballasts: 8 Multicolor fixtures or 32 Single lamp fixtures. Mounts on wall or comparable surface with 4 screws. Option: Blue LED backlighting when turned ON. Slave Box ML-MC-SB1: Chassi and cover manufactured of anodized aluminium. Connects to 230V mains with factory-installed cable, length 2.5 m. Enables connection of up to 32 additional ballasts per Slave Box. As many as 15 slave units can be connected to a single Controller Box for a maximum system size of (1x5) x 32 = 512 ballasts. Fixtures connected via Wieland Mini 5-pole connector. Connects to Controller Box ML-MC-CB1 using RJ11 cable. Maximum overall cable length per system: 100 m. Mounts on wall or comparable surface with 4 screws. Option: Red LED backlighting when turned ON. Control Unit & IR Sensors: Same as Controller Box / Slave Box configuration but intended for concealed or similar installation. The Control Unit is mounted in a Control Unit Holder and placed inside a suspended ceiling or similar concealed area. An IR Sensor is mounted in a special Holder IR Sensor for recessed installation in, for example, a suspended ceiling or similar surface. For a surface-mounted solution use the IR Sensor Mounting Kit. Distribution Box ML-MC-DB1: Chassi and cover manufactured of anodized aluminium. Connects to 230V mains with Wieland Mini 3-pole connector. For distribution of signals from Controller Box / Slave Box to Single-lamp fixtures ML-HN, ML-S, ML-T. DALI input signal from Controller Box ML-MC-CB1 or Slave Box ML-MC-SB1connected with Wieland Mini 5-pole connector. DALI output signal and 230V output to Single-lamp fixtures connected with Wieland Mini 5-pole connector. DALI output signal to next Distribution Box (if needed) connected with Wieland Mini 5-pole connector. Mounts on wall, inside of lightbox or display equipment, or on any comparable surface using 4 screws. Remote Control ML-MC-RC1: For programming of Controller Box / Control Unit functions: 4 channels RGBW. 4 mixed color scenes can be stored and displayed statically or in sequences with timed intervals Ranging from 0.1 seconds to 24 hours. Max IR range (distance to Controller Box): 15 m. Requires 2 AAA 1.5V batteries. PC Software RGB PC KIT FS1 For more advanced programming than with remote control. The software is installed on a PC and programmed scenes and sequences are uploaded to the Controller Box ML-MC-CB1 via a USB -RJ11 cable (included). Cables - 230V Multicolor fixtures ML-MC and ML-MCT connected to 230V mains with Wieland Mini 3-pole connector. Sinle-lamp fixtures ML-HN, ML-S, ML-T connected to 230V mains with Wieland Mini 5-pole connector (combined 230V and DALI control) or conventional installation. Connecting and linking according to specifications for each fixture. Cables - DALI Control Multicolor fixtures ML-MC connected to Controller Box ML-MC-CB1 or Slave Box ML-MC-SB1 with Wieland Mini 5-pole connector. Single-lamp fixtures ML-HN, ML-S, ML-T connected to Distribution Box ML-MC-DB1 with Wieland Mini 5-pole connector (combined 230V and DALI control) ) or conventional installation. Connecting and linking according to specifications for each fixture. Maximum overall cable length per Controller Box or Slave Box: 100 m.
