Introduction:
Edible oils are actually (most often) plant-based oils, similar, if not the same as those produced by the industrial biotech industry for use as biofuels such as biodiesel, for use in cosmetics, and in other everyday biotech products Plant-derived edible oils consist of carboxylic acids with long hydrocarbon chains, in contrast to petroleum-based oils which lack the carboxyl group on the end. The carboxyl group is what makes the oils edible, providing a site for our enzymes to attack and break down the chain in a process called beta-oxidation. The lengths of the hydrocarbon chains and whether they are saturated or not, or unsaturated in a cis or trans conformation, determines how easily they are metabolized and how healthy or unhealthy they are as part of our diet.

Statement of the problem:

There has different kind of edible oil as, soybean oil, plum oil, olive oil rice brand oil etc. Traditionally Bangladeshi consumers are used to consume musher oil, before 60s oil intestines in Bangladesh meant only oil scud crushing units. Later on, edible oil refining units starched to setup in our counting gradually but till late 80s the growth was very slow. Since mid 90s. When the palm oil gradually became popular, more and more palm oil refining units were set up in Bangladesh which in still continuing. Bangladesh is a potential market fir essential commodities including edible oils, because of insufficient local production. A shadfly growing population that now exceed 150 million, and its improving economy. The per capital consumption of oils and fats is around 9.4 kg at present, an against 6.6kg in 2000 the edible oil market has become volatile amid singing prices of soybean and palm oil on the international market on concerns of fight Supply against a rise in demand. We observed the market of edible oil in kushtia. The situation of edible oil we gather the primary knowledge about this topic. That sellers are increasing price as their own motivation there has no government rules or control over oil market. Bangladesh government has on current policy over this situation. GM Quader only insure that all sort of information on the global market situation of edible oil have been gathered and they are now under scrutiny to control over market. Why the economic condition is so fluctuated and has no control over this situation. This is the main headaque of our economist. The present condition of edible oil market is unstable. Since the beginning of the month retail price of unpacked soybean oil rose by Tk. 7 or 7.69 percent to the 120-130 a kilogram in the city market of kushtia. Palm oil advanced by the 3 or 3.55 percent to Tk 100-120 per kg. This unstable price became the daily arising problem. Surveying report

In our country most of the people earn their living from agriculture. Their earning level is not increasing as increasing price of food product. About 80% people is live in our country under poverty level Commerce minister h G.M Quader mention that the global economic melt down and costlier dollar responsible for sudden rise in the edible oil price When it was losing weight in various other countries including in Europe. Stable price and effective price of a product is the main key to make business profitable. Overall the economic condition of a country. Bangladesh is importing high level of edible oil. So edible oil market should stable for the economy and overall the people of our country. The normal survey report or news about edible oil is not satisfactory and government has no control over that. If international market help as to make stable market so our government also can help us otherwise the political situation overall the world is not going through peach environment. Unstable political and economical conditions made the present situation. with our combine effort of our government and world market can improve the situation of increasing price rate of edible oil and also our dealers and retailers can help us to make stable and effective our home market and our home economy.
