ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FUSELAGE -Place the mounting site plan and protected with plastic sheet. -Sort the different parts and sticks to keep the great lengths to build the wing. -Pin the balsa sticks on the 3x3 plan to do the right flank. Adjust the spacers 3x3 balsa and glue. -Adjust the front and rear reinforcements in balsa 30/10. -Cut and paste the triangular 2x8 reinforcements for fixing the aluminum tube. Once dry, do the same for the side your left. -Place on the top view the two sides although square and glue the balsa 3x3 braces and reinforcements 30/10, top and bottom. Caution must be observed alignment of the fuselage. -Glue the aluminum tube before (support rail) in the beech 3 strip at the back (attached rubber). -Prepare the block before. Glue balsa 80/10 guides that enters the front of the fuselage. WING * The wing is in two parts, the left and right, to respect the dihedral (V being the dihedral formed by the wing front

view). Pin-on 3x3 balsa main spar and ribs sticking to their locations. Paste the leading edge and trailing edge after having notches for the tail vein. Paste salmon wings and the upper beam. -Do the same for the other half-wing. -When dry, place a wedge of 40mm at each wing tip in order to make the central part. Glue the balsa reinforcement 15/10 using key wing and the bottom casing, after cutting in half (front and rear).

Chantier de montage en contre plaque 200/10 d'epaisseur, 70 cm de longeur et 20 cm de longeur environ. Plastique transparent pour la protection du plan. Vernis cellulosique pour la tension du papier. Peinture. Outillage divers: cutter, epingle, petit marteau, pince, pinceau, elastiques. NOTICE DE MONTAGE FUSELAGE -Poser le plan chantier de montage et le proteger avec la feuille plastique. -Trier les differentes pieces et baguettes garder les grandes longueurs pour la construction de l'aile.

-Epingler les baguettes balsa 3x3 sur le plan pour effectuer le flan droit. Ajuster les entretoises en balsa 3x3 et les coller. -Ajuster les renforts avant et arriere en balsa 30/10. -Couper et coller les renforts triangulaires 2x8 pour la fixation du tube alu. -Une fois sec faire de meme pour le flanc guache. -Placer sur la vue du dessus les deux flancs bien a l'equerre et coller les entretoises balsa 3x3 et les renforts en 30/10, dessus et dessous. Attention, il faut respecter l'alignement du fuselage. -Coller le tube alu avant (support de train) en la baguette hetre 3 a l'arriere (attache caoutchouc). -Confectionner le bloc avant. Coller ensuite les guides balsa 80/10 qui rentre dans l'avant du fuselage. AILE *L'ailer se fait en deux parties, la droite et la guache, pour pouvoir respecter le diedre (le diedre etant le V que forme l'aile vue de devant). -Epingler le longeron principal en balsa 3x3 et coller les nervures a leurs emplacements. -Coller le bord d'attaque et le bord de fuire apres avoir fait les encoches pour les queues de nurvure.
