I love to meet new people and provide a smile on their face. Satisfaction is what I am looking for in life and doing what I want. Working in a hotel has always been my dream job. 3-Why do you want to work here? Why should we hire you over the others waiting to be interviewed? First of all, it is Langham hotel. It is a luxury hotel and the service provided is none other than First Class if not more than that. It is a worldwide hotel which has maintained its luxury and class. I give and will continue to give 100% effort on a day and night of my life just to be there. 4- What can you do for us that others cant? I have banking background and have been working in an outsource centre for 3 years and 6 months time. All the credit documentation were done by our team and we have been doing a great job and monitoring the progress of all the hedge fund that have limits or overdraft with HSBC. I have known to be well versed and maintained good relationship with our partner or colleague in the UK or HSBC London whenever they come and visit us in Malaysia or have a meeting here. I am not a Manager or VP but I will make sure the Malaysian Hospitality of bringing a guest and make sure they have a wonderful time over here in Malaysia. So far all of them have left me with a warm heart and most importantly friendship. I will make sure they will never forget how it was and how it will be whenever they come back to Malaysia. I love to make people happy and continue to be. To me it gives me the most satisfactions in life. I can adapt to the surroundings fast and cope to the environment of such a classy and luxurious hotel. 5- Can you work well under deadlines or pressure? Yes, I was trained that way every day while I was in HSBC. The reason is we have our SLA or Service Level Agreement every single day and we could not make mistakes or delay our SLA unless there is a logical reasons and HSBC London says so. So I am sure I can work under tight deadlines every day. 6- What are three positive things your Last Boss would say about you? 1. Passion. 2. Willing to sacrifice for my colleagues 3. Hard Working

7-What are the things you like most? I like cars, Fast and Sporty car. 8-What is your greatest strength? Why did you leave your last Job? I am friendly and love to meet new people and especially people from a different background. Analytical type of person as I always try to analyze everything about my work, time, friends, colleagues and always thinking how to make it better. To be analytical is good as whenever customer comes back or a friend looking for you, then you already know what they want. Always respect the people around and be humble to everyone. I was not happy in banking industry. I feel trapped and could not express myself or meet new people. I feel like I was not being me. I did do a great job though but I had to leave. 9-What do u mean by the words 'Service'? Service is a general word for all businesses around the world. For example, we have after sales service after a customer bought a car from the company. After one month, the company will call if the car has been performing well like it should or is there anything else we can do to enhance it. So to me Service is to make sure the client or customers are Satisfied and to fall in Love with us. That is what service means Satisfied and falling in love and how to enhance it.

Yes, I do Sir. 13- Give three reasons why you want to work in United Kingdom? It is beautiful and diverse Country. A lot of people from different background are there and I love meeting new people. There is no language barrier plus there is a lot of Malaysians living in United Kingdom too. I have to admit I love football and to experience a match in a stadium in the UK is one of my dreams.
