Investigator Joe Sample, Case # 0000-000 Investigator Jane Sample October 11, 2009- November 1, 2009

The subject of this investigation is Mr. Example, the husband of our client Jane Doe. Jane Doe suspects her husband is having an affair. On Wednesday, October 16, 2009 at approximately 12:20 PM at the (hotel name) located at (hotel address) Investigators Joe Sample and Jane Sample observed Mr. Example arrive at the hotel in a white convertible BMW M6 Virginia plate number XXX XXX.

The Investigators observed Mr. Example enter the hotel for roughly a minute then depart the hotel parking lot. Then Mr. Example was observed arriving nearby in the Red Lobster Restaurant parking lot at 12:40 PM. At nearly the same time a woman arrived in a Land Rover near the hotel entrance. Mr. Example and the woman who arrived in the Land Rover

entered the Red Lobster Restaurant at approximately 12:45 PM. They greeted each other with a kiss.

They were in the Red Lobster Restaurant until approximately 1:25 PM. At that time they exited the restaurant and both entered the white BMW M6. Mr. Example drove the vehicle.

At 2:00 PM the white BMW M6 arrived at the hotel and parked near a side entrance. Both Mr. Example and the female exit the white BMW with Starbucks cups.

Mr. Example enters the side door using an electronic access control key (key card). He then waited at the door and opened the door for the female.

At 3:20 PM the female that accompanied Mr. Example into the hotel exited the hotel. Mr. Example was close behind her. The couple kissed and departed in their respective vehicles. She left in the black Land Rover Virginia License Plate XXX XXXX.

On Wednesday, November 1, 2009 at 1:40 PM Investigator Joe Sample observed Mr. Example arrive at the (hotel name) located at (hotel address).

He arrived in a white convertible BMW M6 Virginia plate number XXX XXX. He went into the hotel and waited at the front. The female he was seen with previously arrived at 1:44 PM and parked directly behind the white BMW.

She exited the vehicle and met Mr. Example in front of the hotel.

They departed the hotel together in the white BMW. Mr. Example operated the vehicle.

The vehicle she arrived in was identified as a black Ford Virginia License Plate number XXX XXXX.

The two arrived back at the hotel in the white BMW at approximately 2:50 PM. They both had cups of coffee.

They both entered the hotel together through the front entrance. Investigator Jane Sample followed the two to room 123.

Both Mr. Example and the female he was with departed the same hotel room separately at approximately 4:20 PM.

Investigator Sample observed the two leave the parking lot at approximately 4:23 PM.

They appeared to kiss as the female entered her vehicle.

Then they both departed the hotel parking lot.

Subsequent Virginia DMV records search indicates that the Ford with Virginia License Plate Number XXX XXXX belongs to: (NAME, ADDRESS). Virginia DMV records search also indicate that the Land Rover with Virginia License Plate Number XXX-XXXX belongs to: (NAME, ADDRESS).
