Support can classified into two types which that are: a. Saddle will be install on horizontal vessel only. only b. Skirt will be install on vertical vessel and also on spherical vessel.

Usually material used to produce saddle is i made from aluminium alloy casting. d f l i i ll ti Could also use other casting iron to replace aluminium alloy casting. The main function was to support pp cylindrical and spherical pressure vessel.
