Education Prior experience Required Technical Skills

Bachelor degree (preferably Fine Arts) 5 plus years of relevant experience in graphic design Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Macromedia Flash. Working skills in MS Word and MS PowerPoint. Knowledge of basic HTML will be an added advantage. Good proficiency in English, including reading, comprehension, written, and oral communication skills. Experience working with teams in a professional services organization or large matrixed company. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Must convey excellent client service skills. Ability to design independently as well as part of a team. Demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management. Strong relationship building/relationship management skills. Team-oriented with a proven ability to work on multiple projects at once. Demonstrated ability to take direction.

The position reports to the Assistant Manager of the Pursuit Management team. The current shift are from 5:30 am 2:30 pm 2:00 pm 11:00 pm 11:00 am 8:00 pm Flexibility to work in any shift is required.

Responsibilities The Pursuit Management graphic designing team works in collaboration with U.S.-based graphic designers to design and produce graphics for use in proposals, reports, presentations, and marketing materials. The team is focused on assisting the development and update of graphics created by the U.S. graphic designers or produced by the proposal team. An Analyst is part of Pursuit Management, led by an Assistant Manager, that works with U.S.-based Pursuit Management teams to develop brand compliant graphic materials for proposals, presentations, and marketing and pursuit deliverables. An Analysts responsibilities include the following: Collaborate with U.S. graphic designers to design and produce graphics for use in proposals, reports, presentations, and marketing materials Assist in the design and production of graphic communications to support eminence building activities. Ensure compliance with and proper execution of brand standards by developing marketing and pursuit deliverables within approved branding, communicating and promoting the brand strategy to the practice and consulting with U.S. Brand and Image Development, when appropriate. Partner with proofreaders and U.S. designers on quality assurance of final deliverables to ensure accuracy, grammatical correctness, and legal compliance within the graphical elements of a proposal. Graphically enhance the impact of marketing initiatives and deliverables with custom layouts and graphics.

Responsibilities would also include creating of reports/presentation of team related data on an asneeded basis along with the Assistant Managers/team leads.
