1. This is to infrm you goodse lf that we M/s ........... are the Cousignor of the goods as per the invoice

2. We as consignor of the goods are filling the bill of Coastal Goods with your Customs house and have accordingly
signed the said bill of goods.

3. While we are filling the bill of Coastal goods as Consignors, we have authorized M/s...only 4. 5.
sing / present / process the bill of Coastal Goods at the Customs House on our behalf and request you to kindly cooperate with them in processing of the bill of Coastal Goods. We as Consignor certify and undertake that the invoices along with the bill of Coastal Goods and with containers are for the goods / contents/ commodity that has been stuffed into the individual container are true and correct in all respects. We fuether state and udertake that as the above mentioned Coastal Container has been stuffed at our factory under our sole supervision and are sealed property by us, should any discrepaney and / or misdeclaration be found in the goods/contents/commodity as declared by us in the above invoice + Bill of Coastal Goods and actually stuffed / found in the above container, we as Consignors shall be solely and fully responsible for any and all consequences arising due the same. we also wish to state that no representative of M/s ....is present during stuffing of the above container and nor verifying the contents etc. and are only presenting / processing the bill of Coastal Goods on our behalf at youe Custom House.

We therefore state and undertake that due to above mentioned reasons and facts stated above at Sr.No.5 and 6, should any discrepancy and / or misdeclaration be found in the goods / contents / commodity declared by us in the above invoice Bill of Coastal Good and actually stuffed / found in the above container, M/s.would not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for any consequences that may arise due to this discrepancy and / or misdeclaration and we as cosignores shall be solely and fully responsible for any and all consequences arising due to the same.
