Copyright Assignment

Brian Olsen, CEO of Olsen Steel Company, Inc, 440 Montgomery St., San Francisco, California, 94103 , ("herein after referred to as Assignor"), represents, warrants and confirms that he/she is the sole creator of "Olsen Stainless Rivet." For good and valuable consideration the receipt and adequacy of which is hereby acknowledged, the "undersigned Olsen Steel Company, Inc, does hereby irrevocably assign, transfer, set over and convey to Premium Steel Company, Inc, 60 Arthur St., San Diego, California 92685 ("Assignee") all of Olsen Steel Company, Inc's right, title and interest throughout the universe in and to that certain original material referred to as Olsen Stainless Rivet created by Olsen Steel Company, Inc described in Exhibit A attached hereto, including, without limitation, the copyright therein in the United States of America, and all copyright and proprietary rights therein elsewhere throughout the universe, and further including without limitation any and all versions of said musical composition and all copyrights in such other versions in the United States of America and elsewhere throughout the universe. The rights hereby granted to Assignee include, with limitation, the right to do any and all acts or things necessary or appropriate to protect the rights granted hereunder, including the copyright, and to institute any actions for such purpose in the name(s) of Assignee, Assignor, or both of them. Executed June 01, 2012, with the intent of being legally bound.
