Brief history
The idea was conceived in the year 2009(June ) Idea built upon and organization was registered as Right Turn Educational Services in 2010 (April) Started by 5 individuals

Right turn the organization


Right Turn is an organization that conducts short/long term courses in various disciplines for school children. Courses designed provide children with an excellent foundation in the discipline of choice and provide exposure to the possibilities of that discipline.

AIMS
The organization aims to showcase the students who have completed the course successfully in regularly conducted shows. Children who are interested in pursuing a particular discipline further will be guided by Right Turn and the Professionals from the Industry.

Objectives
Right Turn identifies, nurtures, guides and showcases potential and provides an excellent platform from which children can pursue the discipline of their choice. The courses will be conducted by a team of professionals who have been picked by Right Turn based on the individuals background, their competence in their respective discipline and various other parameters.

Right Turn conducts short term courses in the following disciplines: Music Dance Theater Photography Communication Visual Art Holistic Education

Course strategy
45 Hrs. courses 2 to 3 hours per week Each session with one main instructor, an assistant and a coordinator from the school who will assist the main instructor.

50 students per batch Talent shows and competitions! Are also held

Market development
Target customer base of international schools and schools with many branches/sister schools New market course explanation needs to be done Not many competitors so can occupy huge market share Corporate and social organizations backing (free classes in government schools) and Free sessions in potential customers

Road ahead
With 8 lakh turnover per quarter looking at hitting 10 in the next year. 21 different schools being taken classes at (expand to higher number) Hiring more stable staff Venture into more grounds of education and social service for better branding and corporate support.
