Save the .ID file attached in the e-mail received in your desktop.

In Your name box put your employee number. In Domino server put the mail server (as it is written in the ticket response, commonly BRTAMM01.TCS.COM)

Write the default .ID password (Check the Default Password in the Ticket, commonly ChangePwd@ddmmyyyy of your Birthday Date)

Next You will get following window. Uncheck the Setup instant messaging option as shown in the fig bellow: Click on Next as shown bellow:

OK to finish the Lotus Notes Setup.

Creating the Local Database Use the default button

Mail button

Clic on the Application icon (see the red arrow) and then Workspace

Do right click on the first big icon (it say <Your Name> on <Your Server>) Then Application and Make Available Offline

It will take several minutes in copy your mails from the server to your local disk.

When the replication finish you will see all your received messages in red

Now you can see the big icon with <Your Name> on Local. Now click in the bottom of the window in Online (see the red arrow)

And select Edit Current

In the Mail tab, select Mail file location and change it by Local

In Replication tab select the following and then Save & Close button on the top.

Configurating the Archive Click on Actions\Archive\Settings

Create button

In Descriptive name put <Your name> Archive Select the Enable this criteria check box and do click in Selection Criteria button

Select the criteria as is indicated in the image or select a special criteria for you and click on OK.

Check the Schedule archiving check box for automatically run the archive in these days.

To run the Archive manually do click in Actions\Archive\Archive Now

Click Yes to start the process or archiving

To access to your mails archived go to Tools\Archive\<Your Name> Archive in the left panel.

Change the Password Click on File\Security\User Security

Write your actual password

Select Change Password button

Write one more time your actual password

And write your new password two times

Finally click on OK
