In 2012, The CCIM InsTtute and African American Real Estate Professionals of New York (AAREPNY) have partnered in sponsoring courses in analyzing commercial real estate. The CCIM InsTtute is an internaTonally recognized trade associaTon with over 9,000 designees and over 15,000 members worldwide. For the last 50 years, the CerTed Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designaTon has been recognized as one of the best designaTons in the business, establishing its designees as experts in the disciplines of commercial real estate brokerage, asset management, valuaTon and investment analysis. The cornerstone of the CCIM training is the analyTcal models created to guide decision making and enable parTcipants to envision deal outcomes from dierent perspecTves.

MinoriTes are underrepresented in commercial real estate; thus providing access to high level training oers a pathway to success.
