MinoriTes are underrepresented in commercial real estate; thus providing access to high level training oers a pathway to success. One of the reasons the CCIM designaTon is so highly regarded in the commercial real estate industry is because of the rigorous training that is involved in each course. In order to prepare many minority professionals that do not have a background in real estate analysis, AAREPNY and CCIM are sponsoring two (2), two-day courses as an "IntroducTon to Commercial Real Estate Analysis."
