daughter and beneficiary of Decedents estate. Petitioners name and address are set forth in paragraph 3. 2. Decedent, Dietrich E. Radtke, whose last known address was 13251 Idylwild

Farm Road, Fort Myers, Florida 33905 and, if known, whose age was 92Years and whose social security number is N/A, died on September 27, 2008, at Fort Myers, Lee County, Florida and at the time of death, decedent was domiciled in Lee County, Florida. 3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this estate and of decedents

surviving spouse, if any, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the dates of birth of any who are minors, are: Rose Mary Davis, 1466 Claret Court, Fort Myers, FL 33919 - Adult Daughter Margaret R. Graddy, 1291 Caloosa Dr., Fort Myers, FL 33901 Adult Daughter 4. the petitioner, the value of the entire estate subject to administration in this state, less the value of property exempt from the claims of creditors, does not exceed $75,000. 7. The following is a complete list of the assets in this estate and their estimated

values, together with those assets claimed to be exempt:
