Performing After putting all our misunderstandings away and taking a one goal into our souls we able achieve our goal up to a certain level. As a team I must say that we wont able to achieve the utmost target but we were able to take most of it but I strongly think that we have done some mishaps in the final delivery. Performing it up to our potential is been our goal since we were able to think as a team and putting our right foot on the same target. Although we want to take much as we can from everything but I knew that all the things depend on the final moment, the final delivery of any presentation is the only thing does matter in the end. I even cant justify everything we have done in the final delivery is absolutely correct. Only thing that I really know is we tried hard for our goal but each one gave their efforts in different way, some people in the team gave their full effort in to their work and some dont. I think mainly this affect our work and we wont able to achieve our full goal. The final presentation was one of the main things we have been planning to do well in the end, more than ever I hope that I could give a good completion to this event and I could also give other teams a good competition but our little mishaps let us down in the final delivery it was mainly happened due to couple of members actions. I strongly think that their ego let our team down, thinking that without any hard work they can achieve anything they wanted to achieve this attitude let us down a bit. In the final delivery I was able to see that we were lack of confidence due to lack of practice. Anyway our team was able to done some things correctly, I think that Tiran Kavindu was able to done really well. He was able to start well and able capitalize from there, he was also good at the contents what we gave at him. When its come to Pulith Thirimavithana and Usman Zaffrullah we all able to see that they were not confident at all and Pulith shows some signs that he was not up to the task at all he was just went through a piece of paper where his presentation got ugly in the middle of every one, I think Pulith should know that now presentation is not a thing that you can deliver by just reading a piece of paper. So it was a one reason how we got low marks and when it comes to Usman Zaffrullah in the presentation he was not able perform up to certain level and he got stuck in the middle several times during his exertion and he was some signs of low confidence. I think these are the main reasons we got stuck as a team. As we all know when it comes to my turn I was able stood up tall and delivery my part confidently and powerfully. I was happy about my effort in the middle all though it was not perfect one from me, For myself and Tiran we got good comments from our

lecturer Ms.Shavini Fernando also. Although we was not able to achieve our goal entirely still I was pretty much happy that as a team all four us stood up to the task and able to finish it. Even though we didnt got the full marks as a team we strongly believe that try to achieve our target which will sometime full obstacles is the only and best win we can take out from this life.
