ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMNT Step1: Create Organizational unit Menu path: 1.

Simple maintenance method: Sap easy accesses Human resources Organizational Management Expert mode Simple Maintenance select create (In that we have to create organizational name and unit & go to create option)

Ex: organizational unit Name

to

Step 2: Create Sub organizational units. Menu path: Go to create option


Right click of the organizational unit and go to create option. In that we

have to create the sub organizational units.

Create organizational units: Abbr: HR Fi/co Name: human resources Financing and controlling

Step 3: Create Jobs Menu path: After we have to create jobs:

Right click of the sub organizational unit and select staff assignments Right click of the sub organizational unit and select create jobs Abbr: Name: Hr mgr Hr manager Hr exe Hr executive Step 4: Create positions:

Right click of the job, create positions (ex: hr trainee, hr executive)

Right click of the position and select assign holder Assign holder means names of the managers Select the main organizational unit like: organizational unit: expotech pvt ltd.

(In that we will see the graphical structure of the organizational unit) 2. New organizational unit: expotech pvt ltd

Go to save option Step 2: Create Sub organizational units. Menu path: Right click of that name (expotech pvt ltd) and select create

create organizational relationships: In that 2 options are there: 1. organizational unit 2. Positions First select the organizational unit: Ex: Abbr: Hyd Pune Name: Hyderabad unit pune unit

Right click of that name (expotech pvt ltd) and select create Create organizational relationships: Select the position option: Ex: HR train HR trainee HR exe HR executive Step 3 : Create jobs and positions. Menu path : Right click of that position and select assign option (like u has to select any of these business partner, central partner and user)

3. Export mode In that maintaining the organizational unit, job, position, work center only. This procedure is used to for maintaining the objects of OM and we will see the documents of the organizational unit. Step 4: Reporting structure: This is used for whose is reporting to whose. Ex: Manager was reporting to MD Md was reporting to CM First u has to select position of employee: Ex: hr executive

Menu bar Go to Reporting structure After u have to select the option Edit Elevate Select with in organizational unit or General
