In Accounting careers, three are several different types of accounting personnel, that is book-keeper, financial accountant, cost and management accountants and auditors. In these jobs, I really like want to be a financial accountant. A financial accountant is to take further the information prepared by the bookkeeper. It mean financial accountants identifies and records financial transactions, measures, classifies, verifies the financial information and then summarizes, report the financial information to finance director. The financial information will be present in the form of final accounts, including trading and profit and loss account, and balance sheet. Financial accountants can advising the owner and other parties about how to assess the past performance of the business by using the financial reports and they can participate in long-term financial projections. On the other hand, the reasons why I choosing financial accountant is that my current subjects are relating to this career. The knowledge which I learned from Managing the Performance and People, Accounting and Business Skills modules are really helpful and important to select a financial accountant. After I graduate, I wish get a Financial accountant job in the short-term, then promoted to Finance director in the medium term and become a Company chief in the long-term. For satisfied the conditions for become a Financial accountant, I need to know my strengths as well as weakness which may impact negatively to the delivery of the role. Firstly, my strengths are try to learn from my mistakes, love to learn new things. I realize myself is a good helper towards those who need it and a quick learn. One of the my greatest strengths I have acquired during my education is good analytical and planning skills. This has always benefited me to set goals and try to achieve them.

Secondly, procrastinating and taking responsibility are two of my weakness. Moreover, do not believe in myself in communication is also my weakness. While focus on my strengths development, it is very important to have answer and improvement regarding challengers I have met. Weakness do not exist, just solve and overcome them. For my weakness, I have to used trouble with procrastinating, now I have learned to write down a list of things that I need to do, and keep a timetable to keep track of deadlines. I have found that this not only finish things on time, but it has also helped me to be more organized. In my education, I have learned how to present and set up a timetable and personal development plant, which really helped me to avoid procrastinating. For taking responsibility weakness, practicing and preparing the topics of presentation has beneficial to improve the responsibility, for instance: when I enjoy a group discussion, it is really vital for know which tasks do I have to do. From division of functions of group member, I have to take responsibility for my sections or tasks in the presentation, because my acts have directly affect groups success. For non self-confidence in communication, I realize that it is my greatest weakness. It happened when I have to speak in front of the classes, or in front of a very large group of people I become nervous, because my weakness of thinking that they are more focused on me than on the information that I will be presenting (http://www.customwritings.com). To avoiding this weakness, I find that it is easier to feel confident, when I am having communicated with all different types of people. If it is happen and maintain always, it has helped me to get more knowledge and has logical thinking of topics which I have to do, a typical example is make presentation with a particular content. Financial accountant is one of the popular job in society, it including prepare the final accounts such as profit and loss account, balance sheet and report to finance director. A financial accountant required an excellent understanding of accounting methods, have good skills in analyzing data, IT, numeracy and time management.
