. Felipe: Good morning. Interviewer: Im Beatriz Rios. Im the psychologist responsible for the selection of the personnel of the company. Tell me about yourself. Felipe: Nice to meet you. Im Felipe Luna, a graduate of Engineering Systems, a specialist in network design Interviewer: Where do you see yourself in five years? Felipe: I am in five years, as an Executive within the company, developing the most of my abilities, for the benefit of the same. Interviewer: What are your biggest weaknesses? Felipe: I think my biggest weakness is the caligrafia, because I do not have very good lyrics and very little understood me what I write. (Yo considero que mi mayor debilidad es la caligrafia, ya que no tengo muy buena letra y muy poco se me entiende lo que escribo.) Interviewer: What motivates you? Felipe: A part of my family, motivates me to get ahead, giving me as much as possible every day. (A parte de mi familia, me motiva salir adelante, dando de mi lo maximo posible cada dia.) Felipe: My main function was to review the functioning of computers.( Mi principal funcion era, revisar el correcto funcionamiento de los computadores.) Interviewer: Why do you want to work for this company? Felipe: Because I consider it an excellent company, where I can put into practice all my knowledge. (Porque considero que es una excelente empresa, en la cual puedo poner en prctica todos mis conocimientos.) Interviewer: Do you prefer working alone or with other people as part of a team? Felipe: I prefer to work in teams, since the job pays so much more and can be more efficient (Yo prefiero trabajar en equipo, puesto que asi el trabajo rinde mucho mas y puede ser mas eficiente) I prefer to work in a team, because the work is more efficient. (mejor asi) Interviewer: Do you think you have the ability to be a team leader? Felipe: Well, that would have to see it in the field, but I have the skills necessary to be so.
