1.TYPE OF HOTEL Hereditatem Hotel is a four star hotel strategically situated right in the very center of Romania in the town of Brasov and is the ideal place to stay for business travelers who are attending business meeting or conference but also for leisure guests who are having a romantic and idilic weekend break.

2.LOCATION Brasov is one of the largest and most cherished cities of the country. Surrounded on three sides by mountains, it was a perfect place for a medieval settlement. The old city, founded by the Teutonic Knights in 1211, is one of the best preserved cities in all of Europe. It was thoroughly restored to the delight of an increasing number of tourists. It is the capital city of Brasov County, in central Romania, in Transylvania, at the foot of the Carpathian Mountains. Brasov also makes a fabulous base for exploring the surrounding countryside where the air is clean and the people friendly. With many facilities for winter and summer sports, nice and cozy accommodation and very tasty cuisine, Brasov is one of the best places to spend a holiday. 3.DESCRIPTION OF THE HOTEL Hereditatem Hotel has 340 accomodation spaces which are obtained by: -110 double room -80 single room -20 suites -3 rooms for disabled people All rooms have balcony, air conditioning, internet access, bath or shower, cable TV, telephone, minibar, safe. The hotel has a wellness center (sauna, fitness), 2 indoor , currency exchange, shops, parking and conference center consists of 3 rooms (20, 100, 200 seats) .

4.Target market Hereditatem Hotel main target market are the business travelers, male and female ageing between 25-50 years due to its location right in the middle of Brasov, near train station and the facilities that the hotel offers to this kind of guests( conference center, free internet acces ).Not only business guests are only welcome to the hotel but also leisure travelers who are looking to explore a bit of the beauty of Brasov region and have a nice and relaxing holiday. 5.COMPETITION IN THE AREA The competition in the area can be considered: -Hotel Aro Palace-is the only five star hotel in the area -Hotel Ambient-four star hotel -Hotel Cubix-three star hotel 6.ORGANIZATIONAL CHART Structural organization consists in grouping functions, task and duties according to certain criteria and their representation on working groups and employees into reality conditions which ensure that the objectives of economic society are met. Organizational structure can be depicted as a mechanism consisting of organizational divisions of the company who have been laid between the powers and responsibilities were established effective working relationships. In other words, the organizational structure of a society is the result of her organization, how they were created and grouped various functions and organizations and relationships established between them to accomplish goals under optimal conditions. Organizational structure is so short people ansablul organizational subdivisions and thus constituted organization able to create conditions that lead to the objectives of the company. Currently the unit is given an important job description. This is an important operational document that represents in detail all elements an employee need to perform the job assigned under normal conditions. Usually, the job description includes: Job Title; The individual objectives; Tasks, authority; Responsibilities; Relationships with other stations; specific requirements regarding the qualities, knowledge, skills, skills necessary to achieve individual goals set for the job.
