No.: NSEL/DEL/2012/012 Dear Members, Additional Delivery Centre for Paddy Basmati of Pusa 1121 Variety, Ex-Haryana (T+2) and (T+25) Contract In terms of the provisions of the rules, Bye-laws and Business Rules of the Exchange, the Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that in order to facilitate delivery of Paddy Basmati of Pusa 1121 Variety, Ex-Haryana, the Exchange has designated the warehouse at Warehouse No.8, M/s National Spot Exchange Ltd., Khasra No. 28/1, 29/1, Near Namaste Chowk, NH-1, Karnal -132 001 Haryana as additional delivery centre for Paddy Basmati Pusa 1121 variety Ex-Haryana (T+2) and (T+25) Contract issued vide our circular no. NSEL/TRD/2011/150 & NSEL/TRD/2011/151, dated September 29, 2011 read with circular no. NSEL/DEL/2011/190 dated November 23, 2011. This warehouse shall be in addition to the existing warehouses intimated vide above referred circulars. ` 0.25 per bag per day (1 day billing cycle exclusive of tax, if any), These charges are inclusive of insurance and fumigation charges. Storage Charges shall not be collected if the commodities received by any member by way of transfer of warehouse receipts but not lifting the same as he has already created a sale obligation for which the sane Warehouse Receipt to be tendered. Members, please be informed that delivery of the current year Paddy Basmati of Pusa 1121 Variety will be taken place from the above mentioned additional delivery centers. All the delivery centers will be treated at par and no premium or discount is payable on account of delivery given or taken from any of the above mentioned delivery centers. All other terms and conditions of the above referred circulars and the process relating to the settlement thereof will remain unchanged.
