Introduction
On February 26, 2009, The NGO SUPER YOUTH (ASIRYS) is legally created. But, the organization functioned through the projects undertaken for the community since June 2008; initially functioned as an informal group of young people. Why SUPER YOUTH? Because SUPER is a word used by young people to describe when good things happen, and youth because the organization is formed by young people or people with young spirit.
Why ASIRYS? ASIRYS is an acronym formed from the initials of the key values that our organization promotes: Attitude, Solidarity, Involvement, Responsibility, Youth, and Success. The aim of the SUPER YOUTH ORGANIZATION (ASIRYS) is to support the progress of the community on all levels through the involvement of all the available resources. The objectives of the organization are diverse and they are trying to implement the principles promoted by UE. By 2011 the organization mobilized almost 250 volunteers, but currently there are 40 active volunteers. The organization SUPER YOUTH is always in contact with the young people through the undertaken projects and it continues to attract them to volunteering and non-formal education. The organization came into being as a response to the social and economical problems faced by Targu Frumos, issues that directly affect the young people. For this reason, the aim and objectives of the association doesnt focus on only one problem, but on the sustainable development of the whole community. In the future the organization intends to expand nationally and internationally. Until then, through SUPER YOUTH, we want to create a model of good practice from the city of Targu Frumos, so that it can be mentioned in the study cases of the specialists as being the city that was transformed in a successful community by the young people, through volunteering.

A brand is only as strong as the consistency of the communications materials that convey it. Messages that deviate from the brand essence will be confusing to the audience. They will weaken or muddy the brand. (Imagine if Nike didnt dictate how its advertisers and sponsors used the official swoosh logo)
