4 Salads, 2 Non veg and 3 Veg Main Course 2 Rice, 1 lentil, Assorted Indian Breads & 3 Desserts.

Please note that the above buffet combination is as per the above quoted rate and any alteration in rate would result in alteration of the above buffet combination. The Hotel will charge 20% more on the per head rate in case the maximum guarantee of guests is exceeded and will not be held accountable for any delay in service or food due to the same.

All events having music and entertainment being organized by the host, it will be the sole responsibility of the host to procure all the required licenses to conduct the same in our premises. For any D.J performance a PPL license along with Police permission would need to be arranged and the same to be handed over to the hotel prior to the beginning of the event. For any live entertainment, IPRS license along with Police permission needs to be arranged and the same to be handed over to the hotel prior to the beginning of the event. The hotel does not allow any Barat within the hotel premises. Entertainment at the Hotel: Fire and Laser show at 20:00 hrs and 21:00 hrs every day. Duo Band at the Flute from 20:00 hrs to 23:00 hrs Ghazal Band at the Aafrein restaurant from 20:00 hrs to 23:00 hrs. Beverages Liquor would need to be purchased from the Hotel as per Banquet Bottle Rates, plus taxes and no outside liquor shall be allowed on the premises. Liquor license fees of Rs.9500 will be applicable (presently, Subject to change) which the hotel can procure on behalf of the client and the same would take 2 working days to be procured.

The music in our premises will have to be switched off at the given timing which is mentioned below Oyster or Pearl: 11:30 pm All evening events need to end by 1am. Please note that the above booking is held on a tentative basis and shall automatically be released within 2 working days from the date of offer letter sent and shall only be reinstated subject to availability and price at the time of confirmation.
