Here is a report which we have prepared on the concept of one stop store which is a new of its kind in the business market.

This is whole new kind of business idea based on the retail. This idea is applicable to all the Colleges of Bhubaneswar, consisting of a store which would provide solution to all the needs of the college students. Most of the students need things such as print out ,photocopy ,copies,sheets,pens pencil, etc of daily needs and they find that the stores that they go is either sometimes open and mostly closed and the students have to face a hard time,along with that the students need some recreation facilities like: 24hrs coffee facility, buns, pizzas,burgers softdrinks etc. Guess if all these things they are going to get under one roof and apart from that facility that would be provided until the college closes down and that to under a BRAND NAME(which is the most essential) We thank Fin Elitism for giving us the opportunity to generate such a business plan and present it to you.

INTRODUCTION
In this era with the advent of the changing technology and marketing techniques every economy is striving for retail type of marketing. All the peoples now a days want to buy products according to their needs with their own choices this phenomenon has led to the development of the retail marketing. In todays world retail marketing such as wallmart and future group are flourishing and this indeed has made us to bring about this project.

Abstract
Today with the changing circumstances the life style of the students have changed to a large extent. Today the students with the advent of the growing colleges need grater services to satisfy their needs . if we consider the colleges in the Bhubaneswar area we come to know that the students contribute a lot towards the economy of Orissa and thats the reason why so many colleges are coming up in the area of Bhubaneswar . But no colleges in Orissa has a branded store where in they can get all the items that are needed in the day to day life of the students, and the worst part being they are operated on the account of the owner of the store as a result the students find it very difficult to get access to the things as sometimes the stores are closed and they also do not get the right things according to their needs. There comes the need of some store which will have a brand name and will provide the adequate items needed by the students and also some recreation facility which the students need at the most like facility of fast foods and indoor games. This Store would function for 24*7 There will be medicines available Earlier there was cafes and we will change this as most of the college students are being provided with laptops but they are not satisfied with the wi-fi facility of the college so we will also provide with the wi-fi service at a reasonable price. All the goods would be of some Brand and these brands would provide us with the initial capital as we are providing them with the 3ps such as price , place ,promotion techniques To know the situations and the know the demand we would employ the students who are studying in that particular colleges and are interested in part time jobs.

Impact on Retail sector


It will have a impact on the small retail outlets as we will provide all the items that they are providing at prices much cheaper to them as we are operating under a brand so we will directly approach the producer cutting down the cost of middlemen and also the students would avail the facility of choosing their own products. This would help them with the brand awareness as we would have brands such as ITC, PAPERMATE,MANORAMA, PIONEER for the list of the copies and apart from that there would be coffee machines of the NESCAFE ,pens etc There would be ambience which is lacking in the small retail outlets. As this is a brand so the promotion would be made by the word of mouth among the college mates.

PRICE: The Prices are to be decided by the company but the margin at which we are going to sell are to be decided by us. As we know that the prices of the retailers are high due to the involvement of the middle men thus we can reduce this margin and sell our products initially at a lower price than the retailers. The prices of the Recreation facilities are to be decided by us thus implying we are the decision makers at this particular segment.

PLACE: The Place here is the college campuses around Bhubaneswar

PROMOTION: The promotional measures would be done through Event Sponsorship such as OPL , college fest , Giving students the opportunity to do internship with the companys we are collaboration with. Also we would provide advertise ment in the college magazines , Newspapers, Street Hoardings & electronic media Would Facilitate the Student Membership Card : each student can earn points on the card and get discount accordingly.

UNIQUE SELLING PROPOSITION


We would generate employment by employing students from the particular college in which we are functioning and providing them with part time job facility We would provide scholarship facility to the eligible students. We would operate for 24*7.

It is a one stop solution as you will find all of the needs of the students.

CONCLUSION

This project when becomes successful would be implemented on a lot many colleges of India and the retail chain would flourish as a result. This store is a unique concept among itself and could be implemented in every colleges of India as this is a new concept. This concept is basically focused to cater the needs of the youth in a organised manner.
