Monitor and review the standards of team and submit report as required. To provide support to CEO for Business goal & development. To firm up a Business Plan for the Hospital and implement the same. To plan, organize and manage the Clinical & Ancillary Services effectively as per the Business Plan for the particular financial year. To ensure that revenue / profit are being generated as per Business Plan and take corrective measures as and where required to meet up the Business Plan. Monthly Business & Operational Overview with the Executive Committee. Complete responsibility on P & L of the Unit. To ensure that the Hospital has the best competencies / skills for various specialized Medical & Ancillary Services and for that purpose engage the services of highly competent Doctors / Managers on Regular / Empanelment basis as may be required from time to time for achieving the Business Plan as per the Policy of the Hospital / Company. Focus on Critical issues & Crisis Management.

To ensure that Employees are adequately motivated in achievement of Business Plan

and providing best standard of Medical / Clinical / Patient Care Services to the patients. Handling Customer Grievance Cell. Hold regular update meetings with all departments concerned. Develop and maintain an effective communication and IT support system. Material supply management. Provides strategic inputs in the areas of Man power planning and capacity development. Medical Services: Second line to Medical Director & CEO in Policy Decision making & implementation.

To Monitor and facilitate the clinical Protocol /compliance for all medical services in the
hospital.

To Prepare the Monthly MIS (Dashboard) of the hospital and present the same to
Executive committee. To coordinate with the General Administration on relevant issues to deliver on Quality Service

To Coordinate with Clinicians & Clinical HODs for smooth functioning of their
department and solve any relevant issues. To assist Medical Director in planning, organizing and managing all Medical Services of the Hospital.

To develop, coordinate and implement management processes. Act as administrative liaison to patients, families, internal & external customers. To provide operational oversight throughout the hospital.
To ensure that good quality medical services are provided to patients (in coordination with coordinators and consultants of various departments) by effectively carrying out all administrative and non-administrative responsibilities.
