Issue and Problems Less well known about the product. Brand concept & promotion strategy. Expensive The design is not impressive and difficult to gain attention. The branding is not strong enough to relate to its market positioning.

Ideas / Concepts Create a brand new design for the product. Re-brand and re-position the product. Hold contest on social network to increase popularity. Create interesting advertisement on internet & social network

Market Situation Dunkin Donuts one of the largest coffee and baked goods chain in the world. The brand is biggest Donuts and coffee chain in Malaysia, since 1987, having more than 55 outlets. Targeted their outlets at shopping malls, petrol stations, educational institutions, transportation terminals and airports. Dunkins Donuts target market is the blue collar workers (18-60) who likes the quick service that Dunkin Donuts provides. Also within its target market are kids, highly due to its name.

Issue and Problems Competition increased in market. The design of packaging is not impressive. Donuts selling at the counter gave a sense of dirty & dont increased customer appetite. Quality of donuts in every outlet inconsistent. Customer complains about the freshness of the product.

Ideas / Concepts Create a brand new design for the packaging & menu. Design new selling counter for the shop.

Hold contest on social network to increase popularity. Create an impressive Malaysia website, Facebook page, Twitter & etc.

Issue and Problems Company market share dropped, mobile phones sales decline. Competition increased in market. Products and the design are not impressive and hard to attract customer. Company is facing a difficult transition in its smartphone platform, the bulk of its mobile revenue typically comes from massive sales of inexpensive feature phones worldwide.
