Position Purpose: 1.

Perform various HR Generalist and Organizational Development tasks across the Plant particularly in Business partnering & MOD with respect to MAP, training needs identification, Compensation, Benefits Management, preparation and managing budgets etc. 2. Also provide support to other HR projects such as Performance Management, 360 feedback, Focus Groups, Campus, One on Ones etc. 3. Provide support to Plant Manager & Corporate HR in Organizational restructuring.

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Business partnering at the Plant 1. Responsibility of day to day HR activities at the plant. 2. Involvement with the Recruitment and selection activities in liaison with the Dubai office. 3. Preparing and presenting at the monthly meetings. 4. Be a Business Partner the white and blue collar staff at the plant and take a lead in handling their issues. 5. Partner with the Plant manager and Dubai HR in implementing HR best practices at the plant. 6. Work closely with the Compensation team in Dubai.

HR Training Management 1. Support & execution of local and regional training programs as well as the various HR Meetings and Conferences. 2. Preparing and implementation of the Training calendar for NACO in Liaison with Dubai HR. 3. Coordination and administration of event logistics for training programs.

4. Liaise with Dubai HR on Corporate programs like Business Challenge, STEPS, MPK , and in house events / programs such as Campus, EI, MYP, Post MPK/Arabic/Taffadal etc. 5. Preparation of training course material for participants 6. Ensuring payment requirements and vendor relations are met and maintained

Organizational Data Collection & Maintenance SHARP TA data update and maintenance 1. Collecting and maintaining all training and development records in SHARP TA (including performance reviews, one on ones). 2. Collecting and analyzing data from various surveys on employee engagement and training programs.

On boarding Responsibility for the on boarding process for all new comers, from request for visa and liaising with PRO, and admin assistant for tickets and hotel bookings, welcome packs, IS requests, office introductions and drafting of announcements.

OD Activities 1. Vision and Values Conceptualize, plan and implement OD interventions to instill and sustain our V&V in action. Create a culture that supports living our values. 2. Employee Surveys Conduct and Analyse the survey. Support and Follow Up on actions plans from the Business Units. 3. Performance Management and Leadership Competencies. 4. 360 feedback, One on Ones, Campus etc. 5. Support MOD in day to day activities.

Other 1. Establish process standards and operational best practices and continuous monitoring thereof to ensure efficiency and productivity. 2. Development of Power Point presentations for relevant topics. 3. Provide Advancement Plan deck preparation support and execution. 4. Support key region projects. 5. Partner with Plant Manager on Adhoc requests, in creating Long term People Roadmap and in any cultural transformation initiatives being driven at the plant. 6. As leader of the Education & Training Pillar as part of Six Sigma & TPM implementation in plant.
