Drawing reference number should be for Plumbing or electrical not architectural All equipments, valves, drains and accessories subject to separate approval of MAS. Provide schematic drawing and sequence of operation of the pumps. Provide a separate layout for high level pond and low level pond. Indicate in the drawing the setting out and invert level of pipes. Include the support and dimensions for support spacing. Provide a separate drawing for electrical system. All pipe routing and penetrations should be coordinated with structural drawings. AVD is not shown on high level pond as per IFC, only supply from water fall pump. Rectify. Skimmers are not shown on low level ponds. Rectify. Domestic water supply pipe, balancing pipe and drain pipe are all missing as per IFC drawing. Coordinate with architectural the exact water level for water level sensor installation. Provide plan and detail drawing of pump room. Equipments should be as per approved MAS. Actual dimensions of equipment should be indicated to clearly show space requirements and access for maintenance. Pump room should have floor drain. Provide sections/elevations to clearly show pipe routing. Provide detail installation for AVD, skimmer and inlet pipes. Should be coordinated with structural. All locations of drains should be coordinated to the finish of water pond basin flooring. Location of drains should be at lowest point of the pond. Contractor states on the drawing "backwash line to nearest drainage (by others)". Contractor to indicate in the drawing the exact routing of the backwash line and where it will connect. Do not show "by others", all these are Contractors scope. Puddle pipe should be shown on pipe penetrating through the water pond basin wall and slab. Equipment schedule should be as per approved MAS.
