Consumer's Brand Loyalty Survey---Questionnaire

Firstly, I think you for comlpeting this questionnair. The aim of this questionnaire is to collect data for my Masters dissertation research. The topic of my research is to identify key factors that have a significant influence on consumers brand loyalty in the carbonated soft drinks industry in China. When undertaking any research or consultancy that involves human participants or collecting data about them, (e.g. questionnaires, interviews, focus groups, observational research), the general rule is that it is a legal and/or ethical requirement to ensure that those human subjects have consented property to participation. In line with the Universitys Policy for Informed Consent in Research and Consultancy, therefore, I confirm the followings That your participation in this questionnaire is entirely voluntary. Any information that you provide to me in the questionnaire will be treated in the strictest confidence and all respondents will be offered the opportunity to remain anonymous. All of the data which I obtain from the questionnaire will not be disclosed to any third party and will be used solely for purposes of my dissertation.
