Greetings of LOVE! 15 days to go before our much awaited 19th YFC International Leaders Conference! We hope that by this time we are all excited and ready to go to the home of the Ati-atihan Festival, Kalibo, Aklan and proclaim the greatness of our ALMIGHTY God. Here are some of the updates and final reminders for all delegation heads. Please read through all the details carefully and thoroughly. A. C. REGISTRATION PROCEDURES AND REMINDERS 1. Delegation heads are asked to proceed to their assigned INFORMATION BOOTH as soon as they arrive in Kalibo. Info booths are be located in two sites away from the main ILC site to avoid heavy traffic. In every site, there are representatives for the Secretariat, Workshop, Transportation, Accommodations, Church Integration and Competition Committees for confirmation. 2. ONLY THE DELEGATION HEAD OR THE AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF THE DELEGATION can register and claim their conference kits from the SECRETARIAT COMMITTEE. 3. After claiming their conference kits, the delegation head should proceed to the ACCOMMODATION COMMITTEE to claim accommodation identification stickers, which will be used to identify which participants are availing the accommodation site provided by the conference. Accommodation stickers are based on the number of reserved slots for accommodations. (For faster confirmation, kindly prepare the total count reservations before proceeding to the accommodation booth for the stickers. It is encouraged for husbands and wives to pack their things separately as they will not be given the same accommodation during the conference.) 4. After confirming your accommodation and claiming your stickers, the delegation head should proceed to the COMPETITION COMMITTEE to confirm your entries. 5. For areas with invited priests who will attend the Church Integration Congress, the delegation head should confirm their attendance to the CHURCH INTEGRATION CONGRESS COMMITTEE. 6. For areas with lay ministers, the delegation head may confirm their participation for the celebration of the Holy Eucharist at the INFORMATION BOOTH. 7. After your delegation has registered, claimed the kits and accommodation stickers, confirmed competition entries, you will be ushered and transported to your designated and pre-assigned accommodation.

8. All delegates with outside accommodations and all those who will be taking different transportation from their delegation must clam their IDs and kits from their respective delegation heads or authorized representative before heading off to the accommodation area or the conference site. Also, conference IDs and kits of G-project participants must be claimed from their respective delegation heads. D. E. ACCOMMODATIONS REMINDERS 1. School Assignments will be determined upon arrival at the Accommodation Booth at the Information Booth. 2. Accommodation heads must know all the details of the Accommodation Form. 3. The official form given by the Accommodation Committee is the only form that will be filled up. 4. Accommodation Guidelines and Schedule

a. Every delegation must fill up the accommodation form for the conference accommodation reservation. b. All delegates are accommodated at the designated classrooms in a certain school near to the ILC Main Venue. c. No bringing of tents. Strictly there will be NO pitching of tents.

d. Each delegation must bring their own sleeping materials. (Sleeping bags, pillows, blanket, etc.)

F. WORKSHOP REMINDERS 1. ILC Workshop Registration will begin on March 30 at 8:00am. Visit www.cfcyouthforchrist.net/ilcworkshops starting March 30 at 8:00 AM. 2. Pick the workshop of your choice. Wait for the confirmation of your registration via your email address. G. COMPETITION REMINDERS 1. All possible contact numbers are highly needed upon deadline of confirmation for competitions until April 2, 2012. Further updates may be coursed through the contacts available for your entry. 2. On the day of the event, upon site arrival, ALL COMPETITION ENTRIES need to confirm their entry IMMEDIATELY at the secretariat area, through their entry representative. NO CONFIRMATION, NO PERFORMANCE. 3. All CDs, DVDs, VCDs, or mini dvs and lyrics should be submitted at the confirmation table, upon site arrival, otherwise the performers will be disqualified. 4. Information such as competition venue, order and time of competition and area of oath taking will be provided at the confirmation table. 5. Schedule and venues of the competitions will be released later.

G. FOOD DISTRIBUTION SCHEDULES AND REMINDERS 1. Food stubs will be used for the conference. 2. Delegates can claim their food at any tent/booth located at the main site. 3. As we intensify our Greeneration Advocacy, we want every YFC to take an active participation in taking good care of our environment. In this light, we are requiring every delegate to BRING THEIR OWN SPOON, FORK and TUMBLERS for the meals. 4. Please be guided accordingly to our food distribution time to avoid spoilage of food. H. SECURITY AND TRAFFIC REMINDERS 1. NO ID NO ENTRY POLICY. All OFFICIAL delegates, members of the service team, concessionaires and suppliers should always wear the official conference ID during the event, even outside the conference venue, so as to be recognized by the security taskforce especially in the entrance of the venue. (Local CFC and other ministry members who are neither registered nor official members of the service team will not be allowed to enter without ID. Please inform the CFC leaders from your area to refrain from making a surprise visit and coordinate with the secretariat.) 2. Strictly NO SMOKING and NO DRINKING of ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE. 3. NO BRINGING of any DEADLY WEAPONS. 4. NO LOITTERING in PROHIBITED AREAS especially during sessions. 5. No brothers will be allowed at the accommodation sites of the sisters. We request our Couple Coordinators to help us in exercising pastoral authority to be able to secure the brothers and sisters accommodations. 6. Be responsible and accountable for personal and valuable belongings. 7. There will be hired security personnel, CFC members and AKLAN PNP who will be part of the security team and will ensure strict compliance of all delegates and service team to the conferences general guidelines and will help secure the over-all conference venue. Command Post will be available for any security concern. 8. No EXIT POLICY during Mass & sessions. No car pass, no parking. There will be a designated parking lot for the delegates who are bringing private cars & buses but on a first come first serve basis.

I. TRANSPORTATION GUIDELINES AND REMINDERS 1. Failure to submit an accomplished Transportation Form will not be entertained. 2. ILC Transportation Committee will start transporting delegates arriving on April 12, Thursday. Delegates arriving earlier will have to arrange their own transportation. 3. Upon arrival, YFC-ILC Transportation Committee can only accommodate delegates entering Kalibo Airport, Kalibo Bus Terminal and Dumaguit Seaport. Areas arriving in nearby provinces and municipalities of Kalibo should arrange their own transportation going to the Secretariat Area. 4. The Committee will set-up information booth in the different points of arrival (Dumangas Seaport, Iloilo City Seaport, Kalibo Airport, Kalibo Bus Terminal, Dumaguit Seaport and Caticlan Jetty Port) where delegates can inquire regarding event details. 5. The YFC-ILC Transportation Committee will arrange transportation within Kalibo for the duration of the conference. This includes and is limited to going to the workshop venues, competition venues, and accommodation sites from the main site and vice versa at a scheduled time only. 6. GENERAL SERVICES 1. There will be available doctors and nurses during the conference to attend to delegates, as well as medicines to be provided for any emergency cases (e.g. injuries, wounds, dizziness, etc.). An ambulance will also be in stand-by. In case of emergency, you may contact: Ace Romero (09494597144) 2. For those with special health problems (e.g. asthma, diabetes, hypertension, vertigo), please bring your own medicine. 3. All delegates should be responsible in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the conference venues as well as in the accommodation areas. So please put all the trashes

There will be no delegation heads meeting. Delegations heads must refer to their Delegation Heads Guide. 2. All Couple Coordinators, OSYH, PYH and all Area and Provincial Governance Team present are encouraged to attend the Church Integration Congress on FRIDAY (April 13) from April 13, 2012 from 10am to 3pm at Sampaguita Garden. Since food distribution will start from dinner-onwards, there is a registration fee of Php150.00 for lunch. 3. We invite the lay ministers of the provinces to assist in the celebration of the Holy Eucharist and bring their lay minister clothing. Their delegation head may confirm their participation on the INFORMATION BOOTH. 4. All areas/regions are encourage/requested to wear their regional shirt on Friday afternoon during the praise parade and conference shirt on Sunday. 5. A booth for tours is available up until Saturday afternoon to accept inquiries and bookings of those who are interested for the City Tour organized by YFC. 6. For CFCs and other community members who may want to visit the conference, they may proceed to the SECRETARIAT COMMITTEE located at the INFORMATION BOOTH for a VISITORS PASS. There is a deposit of Php 500 for the pass. They may retrieve their deposit upon surrender of the Visitors Pass. 6.
