Date : Dear Sir, LETTER OF APPOINMENT AS RESELLER We, Log In Services Sdn. Bhd.

(906080-D),are pleased to inform that ____________________________________________ (hereinafter referred to as Reseller) has been appointed as an authorized Reseller of Log In Services Sdn Bhd to promote and sell Log In Services Sdn. Bhd. products and services as mentioned in Appendix 1 (hereinafter referred as Products). The appointment is subject to following the terms and condition : A. TERMS The appointment shall commence from the date of this letter of appointment. B. PRODUCTS Reseller shall be allowed to promote and sell Products as mentioned in the Appendix 1 and any other products or services as introduce by Log In Services Sdn. Bhd. subject to terms and condition as imposed by Log In Services Sdn. Bhd. C. SALES PRACTICES AND PROCEDURES Reseller is obligated to strictly adhere to the Sales Practices and Procedures including its amendments and modifications. D. UNETHICAL SALES TECHNIQUES Reseller shall strictly follow the Sales Practices & Procedures as prescribed by Log In Services Sdn. Bhd. in securing sales from customer or end-users. Reseller and its authorized representatives shall not employ unethical method of securing sales by soliciting sales from other sales channels that are not directly belong or under the control of the reseller. E. COMMISSION For Products under the service category, the Reseller shall be entitled to the payment of commission for every successful registration and including the Performance of the Resellers obligations as stated in the Sales Practices &Procedures particularly on the documentation fulfillment, namely: 1) Duly completed Application Form of customer/end-user; 2) Copy of the identity card of the customer, front & back/end-user

3) Reseller shall be informed in writing the commission rates for Products under the service category before the sales of the service. Log In Services Sdn. Bhd. reserves the rights to review the commission rates from time to time whenever it deems appropriate. 4) Resellers shall follow the commission claims procedure as imposed by Log In Services Sdn. Bhd. from time to time. F. SUPPORT Log In Services Sdn. Bhd. may at its discretion, to be exercised fairly, and upon request by the Reseller, provide the Reseller with sales, marketing and technical support and such other assistance as it reasonable or is required by the Reseller at the initial stage of embarking into this venture and/or in promoting the sales of Product. G. PENALTY SYSTEM In the event the Reseller is found to commit any or all part of the offences stipulated of this Agreement, Log In Services Sdn. Bhd. shall impose a penalty system against the Reseller, in terms of fraud cases, wrong information or any Tarnishing public image of Log In Services Sdn. Bhd. We reserves the rights to penalize the Reseller by deducting the commission payable to the Reseller. The right shall be in addition to Log In Services Sdn. Bhd. under this Agreement to suspend and terminate the Agreement. If the customer cancels within 4 months, we reserve the right to claw back the commission base on the report.
