Subsequently, roll-out generated more than $30 million in new business premium in the first year of implementation. Implemented ongoing comprehensive employee training and revamped production processes designed to streamline all aspects of Allstates commercial property new business issuance costs by more than 20% annually for a 24-state Eastern U.S. geographic region. Started an Allstate branch sales office from conception with no earned premium and grew it to more than $2.5 million in annual premiums by 2011. Consequently, this earned Allstate an average profit of more than $700,000 per year after claim and operational expenses were deducted. commercial rating units, data error investigate units, claims support units, keypunch processing, and the computer room.
Improved data error processing quality in the operations department by more than 20% in 6 months by educating rating unit personnel on the root causes of the coding errors that they were creating. Developed new production and quality standards for all personnel in the data error and claims support units in order to raise expected acceptable levels of performance. Traveled to different states in a 24 state area to meet with agents to discuss their concerns with regards to new business, renewal/endorsement delivery delays that were causing customer dissatisfaction issues.

Improved new business rating unit production more than 30% by completely streamlining the file identification process between underwriting and operations. Slashed late renewal processing lists down to less than 5 consistently from an average of over 100 per week, which improved agency and customer service satisfaction levels. Reduced 30 day old new business list from 80+ per week to less than 5 per week, which significantly improved agency and customer service satisfaction levels.
