As we recently discussed, there are more than 1,500 victim signatures on this Petition alone, BAN ELECTRONIC WARFARE ON CIVILIANS http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/synergy & there are several others like it online with hundreds & thousands of victims each! Also, many of these Targeted Individuals testified before the Presidential Bioethics Commission in 2011 & their testimonies are widely available online. Moreover, many states have enacted new legislation against these crimes. At the heart of the matter is the Human Rights Violations of Targeted Individuals who are victims of Trauma Based Mind Control Warfare by various governmental bodies & their Private Contractors in the Military & Medical Industrial Complex. Other perpetrators include secret societies, cults, organized crime syndicates, & religious organizations. Also, many TIs have evidence that they have been illegally implanted with RFID microchips. We are seeking legal redress & inquiring about our recourse options as a Group of "Targeted Individuals." For years we have had our Universal Rights violated specially with Cruel & Unusual deployments of Electronic Weapons against us. Some of these Weapon Technologies may be classified, but their patents are not. Clearly, this covert warfare is a crime against humanity!
