I have Several years experience in building new teams , defining work processes,
and managing activities within domain of QA , system software integration and
deployment. I have gained a lot a lot of experience in Complicated network
systems, deployment of systems by integrating internal developed components
with 3rd party components, other systems, and environments. I have very good
management skills, excellent human relations, I am goal oriented, and have very
fast learning abilities.
I enjoy the challenge of being part of a team that is creating a new product within
a new organization, and was lucky to find such opportunities in most of the
positions I held in Comverse.
I am looking for a high level managerial position in the domain of Professional
services / deployment / delivery/ support, preferably in a new organization, or new

• Management of a project of migration process of data from legacy to the NG
systems. This
project was considered as highly successful by Comverse messaging division and the
customer.
2000 – 2002 (Mobile visual mailbox)
Integration of a new WAP service enabling controlling voice, fax and email messages
using WAP handset.
1999 –2000 (Voice recognition system)
Integration of a new voice recognition system enabling controlling voice mailbox and
personal address book, deploying natural language technology
• Both positions required building an integration team from scratch
• Matrix management of additional personnel from other groups during the
integration phases, including A USA based R&D group.
• Creating a testing and development lab environment including HW planning,
preparing the network and telephony infrastructure.
