Able to convey a sense of a genuine, honest, and dedicated team player, no matter what the objective is. Seeking to play a meaningful part in the success of a company to which I am committed. AREAS OF EXPERTISE ISO9000 v.1994 Six Sigma-Blackbelt Auditing Information Services Strategic Planning Cost Control MS Project Visio Customer Service Planning Budgeting Cost Analysis

PROVEN ACCOMPLISHMENTS Identified that none of the Business Analysts (Project Managers) were following identical processes due to a lack of documented procedures. There was the perception on the part of clients/customers that the team was not delivering a consistent product. Met with all of the BA's to build formal documentation. RESULT: The outputs and overall delivery of the project management effort became transparent to the end user. Overall quality and consistency for each project/from each Business Analyst increased, and new hires were able to get up to speed more quickly. Standardized the processes for the Business Analysts within the divisions. Since this consisted of internal employees as well as contractors, the results at the end of each project were varied, post standardization. RESULT: Successfully ensured that only consistent best practices were in use. 23 sites were to be licensed under one blanket ISO900v.1994 certification. Potential impact to cost (not quantifiable) if multiple certificates had to be issued. Analysis was done for all sites on a one by one basis to determine how common standards could be applied. RESULT:A common set of processes/documentation was developed for all sites. Charged with the roll out of ISO standardized procedures for West Coast sites. Performed regular internal audits to ensure continued adherence. RESULT: All sites continued to have successful certifications during the life of the program. Recognized a great deal of redundancy in reporting/documentation requirements for the Business Analysts' team by reviewing and consolidating all redundant or unnecessary reporting and forms. RESULT: There were considerable efficiency improvements in the Business Analyst function and performance. Deviated from previous management practice of using a select group of vendors to gain maximum savings in the Print and Output area. RESULT: Realized $100,000 in savings the first year by opening up the field and instituting short term contract agreements.
