Teaching style: In Pakistan education is one of the major problems. Teaching styles used today, are ages old. They need to be changed with time. Giving lectures only and in Urdu language without use of English language days are over. Now we need a better plan to enhance the thinking, listening, writing and hearing abilities. The more the students participate the more they will learn. Reading and discussions with the use of English language, Paragraph writing, group activities and many more, can help more and better learning which is a need to go with the world, as well for our countries prosperity. My aim of teaching: My aim is to provide the students with a friendly environment, in which they can speak easily and share their ideas. This way they will be able to enhance their thinking and speaking. Activities according to the text book to help them study without taking it as a burden. These activities help the students in their writing and listening skills. I will take them slowly from Urdu language to English so that I can take all the good and weak students with me to the best level. Where I encourage a good student I will also help the weaker student to come up as a friend and not with harshness. Results so far: So far I have seen my students developing their abilities. Speaking in class, participation has increased from the first day. They are eager to answer and question. Due to frequent activities they learn more and seem very happy while studying. The weak students are also trying harder and have shown result. I want to make study for them not as a way which at the end will get money or studying just as race of marks and nothing more but to seek knowledge and be a better person.
