BENEFITS IN TAKING THE ROTC PROGRAM

Upon Graduation from BASIC ROTC (two semesters), students are automatically enlisted in the Reserve Force, AFP becoming regular members of the Citizen Armed Forces in his area of residence. Active reservists with valid military ID can avail of tax free goods and services at any AFP Commissary Exchange Service, Recreational and Transient facilities nationwide. Given FIRST priority to join the Regular Force, AFP and other uniformed units of the Government such as PNP, BJMP & BFP. By taking ADVANCE ROTC (after graduating from Basic ROTC), you are entitled to the following: o Philippine Army Cash Incentive Package as much as P12, 000 per semester. o Free Battle Dress Uniform (camouflage), Combat Boots, and Short pants, T-shirt-Raglan, Sock Boot, Web Belt, Pistol Belt, Ball Cap and Buckle Brass with Army Logo. Graduates of Advance ROTC are qualified to undergo the three months Probationary Officer Training Course and

will be commissioned as 2LT in the Reserved Force, AFP upon graduation. By joining the Basic ROTC, you are given FIRST priority to undergo the OFFICER CANDIDATE COURSE or to acquire the BS MILITARY SCIENCE DEGREE at the PHILIPPINE MILITARY ACADEMY to become an OFFICER IN THE REGULAR FORCE, AFP.
