Area Manager Operations & Maintenance

Job Purpose: Monitoring/ Supervision of all activities of O&M Supervisor and liaison with O&M vendor on performance issues Job Responsibilities: Develop and Implement inspection/ preventive maintenance schedules. Responsible for ensuring that all preventive maintenance schedules are being followed and site visit reports generated by contractor for every activity undertaken at BTS/ Colocation sites. Supervision and monitoring of all major corrective/ breakdown maintenance activities. Reporting of any irregularity observed at site for immediate implementation of rectification measures Monitor complete activities of O&M supervisors in his area of responsibility and provide Level-2 technical support to remote supervisors. Verification of all spares, consumables utilized at sites under his area of responsibility. While ensuring quality of used Consumables/ Spares. Manage DG Overhauling: Compile and analyze due overhauling requirements from remote supervisors or O&M vendor, escalate the job to Overhauling vendor (if required). Also compile the periodic inspection reports of newly overhauled engines and escalate to Overhauling vendor for rectification.

Eligibility:

Bachelors in Engineering 4 to 6 years of experience with at least 04 years relevant experience preferably in the telecom industry or any other industry with similar job role.
