Payoff Information

For an updated payoff amount or to obtain more detailed payoff instructions, please call 800-578-5000 and select the get payoff informationoption or log on to My BMW at bmwusa.com/mybmw. In some states, you may choose to include a fee in the payoff for overnight carrier delivery of your Certificate of Title or Lien Release at the conclusion of the payment processing period. The payoff amount may include items that have not yet cleared your bank. The amount is subject to increase based on the return of any such items. To expedite the release of your Certificate of Title or Lien Release, please send certified funds, which can be obtained from a bank and include cashiers checks and money orders. Your Certificate of Title or Lien Release will be sent to the current billing address on file within five business days of receipt of certified funds. Personal checks are accepted; however, the release of your Certificate of Title or Lien Release will be delayed 15 business days. BMW Financial Services does not accept electronic transfers for payoffs. Please write the account number on the face of the check.
