KCM Group Construction Program Management - Owners Representative / Senior Project Manager Sycuan Casino & Resort San Diego CA. - June 2009 September 2011 o Managed Sycuan Casino expansion development project $225M. Selected and managed the design team to include Architects, Interior Designers, Spa, Food Service, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Low Voltage, Civil, Wet & Dry Utilities and FF & E Consultants to program and design $225M casino expansion, spa/pool and new 300 room Hotel & Resort facilities program. Coordinated the $27M Casino renovation project. Recruited and collaborated with the new project team to design and bid out the casino renovation project while completing the environmental permit process for the casino expansion project. Managed select areas within the renovation project for the casino management team in 200,000 sq ft of active casino space. Negotiated and managed contracts for various components of the renovation to include audio visual, specialty features, surveillance, security, UPS/generator, electrical and low voltage. The project came in on time and under budget with large value engineering of over $1.5M.

B&G Consultants Construction Program Management - Senior Project Manager, San Diego Gas and Electric, Saint Augustine High School and The Irvine Company capital projects San Diego CA. August 2006 June 2009 o Managed new construction & TI projects ranging from $100K to $5M while assigned to SDGE Real Estate & Facilities department. Developed programs for major/minor capital equipment projects included Equipment, Tenant Improvements, Plumbing & Electrical Upgrades, HVAC & Central Plant upgrades, Abatement of Lead, Asbestos & PCBs. Responsible the programming, design and construction for a new $5M - 20,000 sq ft meter reading facility including site remediation of PCBs on five acres of the site. This included FF&E and move services. Programmed and designed the El Centro, Southern California Gas maintenance facility including the site selection and project budget. The project budgeted for $5.4 M and was completed on schedule in budget. Managed design and construction of the Crown on top of One America Plaza for The Irvine Company. Project was 500 above street level in hazardous conditions with no injuries or damage to property. Coordinated the construction of Saint Augustine High School expansion $40M of classroom buildings (31,000 sq ft), 100 space parking garage and site improvement on time and within budget. R1 Source Re-seller of electronic production & test equipment - Consultant / Operations Manager United States Canada. - October 2005 July 2006 o o Recruited to the global reseller and refurbisher of high technology assembly and production equipment to construct a prototype PCB assembly line with complete class 100 clean room operations. This provided clients small production run capacity before purchasing the equipment and proof of concept of the line. Directed a 20,000 sq ft expansion at multiple locations to display all product inventories. Managed the uploading data to the web site for viewing/sales.

o o o Managed over 200,000 sq ft of tenant improvements on time and within budget across the US, Canada Developed business plan to integrate five remote locations to one world-class 300,000 sq ft facility Created the development team to negotiate the site lease, design the campus including the following consultants: Architect, Structural, Interior Design, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Civil, Low Voltage, Security, Food Service, Wet & Dry Utilities and Furniture, Fixture and Equipment. The project budget was $90M and was completed on schedule and in budget. Directed the staff of over 30 to manage the daily operations of the following departments: facilities, construction, maintenance, telecommunications network, environmental, safety, mail room and security departments for 12 sites throughout the world for 1500 employees.
