Sources tell us that Caesar was in his chamber and Cleopatra was smuggled past the guards in a sleeping bag. As Caesar got to know Cleopatra, he grew very fond of her. Some even say Caesar would sometimes look hypnotized. Caesar than showed more love by helping Cleopatra reconcile with her brother, Ptolemy, so they can share the throne together. Caesar saved Cleopatra and her kingdom. We never did find out if he married her or not.
