GoCCMS is a tool that helps to manage the construction and commissioning of hulls, decks, modules and PAUs being fabricated in multiple locations.
>> GoCCMS stores, tracks and reports on the completion of Inspection and Test Records (ITRs) and assists in the management of System Handover for Mechanical Completion, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning. In addition to this, GoCCMS also stores, tracks and reports on consolidated Punchlist Data, Engineering and Technical Queries, Design Changes, Preservation and Stage Completion Certificates. The system also allows as built requirements to be assigned at tagged item level. >> GoCCMS uses a standard set of ITRs as the main data source which assist the user in the management of installation, hook-up and testing activities and the product is ideal for use during the fabrication and construction phases, where detailed monitoring is required by both the Client and the Contractor in order to allow stage management for completion. Due to the flexible structure of the GoCCMS database, it can be easily configured to use the Clients own set of ITRs and terminology. >> GoCCMS collates all the engineering data and documentation required for completions and commissioning that is generated during the design phase of the project. It will also allow conditioning of data for maintenance systems population. >> GoCCMS is built on standard Microsoft technology and is web accessible. The system can be accessed and operated directly through a web browser, via any internet point, or used as a stand alone application on a SQL configured computer.
