Dear ACLU Foundation of Texas State Headquarters P.O.

Box 8306, Houston, TX 77288-8306 (713) 942-8146 (713) 942-8966 fax (888) 653-6498 toll free acluinfo@aclutx.org After years of being retaliated against by the state of Texas for being an honest concerned citizen they defame by calling a Whistle Blower, I found the illegal loop hole in the public information proposed Senate Bill 1571. The Bill has been stop several times by the Republican Super Majority Pac, because it will stop them from benefiting in political favors and monetary gain by incorporating Private Investigative Security Firms, Other Private Contract Firms, and non-profit organization sit up to be rewarded and make a profit beginning in the year 2000. They secured these illegal operations, by way of Rick Perrys mandate R8, in the name of National Security justified by the 911 Patriot Act. Texas lawmakers exaggerated the attempts of honest noble Texas legislators, deviating from common law to allow for some extreme or ambiguous linguistic examples and definitions, to benefit the public in 1973. These lawmakers took the matter of ethics as a prerequisite of any State Official, and concentrated on monetary gain in the form of contracts; however, the current Supper Pac State of Texas, ignores what is clearly expressed in the Texas constitution concerning rewards, power-plays, influence of the judicial process, secondary investment portfolios, non-competitive bids outsourcing, straight forward kickbacks by blotting the price the purchase order contract to pay the politician the excess, and sworn Law Enforcement Officers working for Private Security Investigative Firms for Profit! There is also a problem with sharing of information with these entities because they do not have to disclose the information illegally obtained without due cause and can manipulate false data for political control or monetary gain; therefore my allegations meet your criteria: 1) Does the case raise a civil liberties or civil rights issue? Civil liberties include freedom of speech, press, religion, and association; due process; equal protection; and privacy. Civil rights include, for example, voting rights; discrimination based on disability, race, sex, sexual orientation, religion or national origin, and police reform. One problem I faced when I submitted this information using your website, your web mask are programed to accept just one category of discrimination or civil rights, when in my case it includes them all! If you work my case, you work every case in Texas, and will help thousands of Texans finally get the justice they deserve! Most importantly, they had a concern for their own interest and protection under the law, without consideration of the Rights of The People! Although, I am not a student of law, attorney, or legal counsel; I found a statue that these people can be prosecuted under and must disclose all activity to the public under: Page 1 of 2

Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993. Again, I am not a student of law, attorney, or legal counsel; I found a statue that these people can be prosecuted under and must disclose all activity to the public, if and only if they are caught in the act which I have already placed several reports to local law enforcement, the FBI and secret service. I am a victim of public corruption, retaliation, and terroristic threats to my whole extended family. You can find the legal remedies to many Texas Citizens at the following blog sites where I have listed my allegations and have witnesses that will testify along with experts.
