We, the members of team . Representing institute .. Declare that the information provided as above is correct to our knowledge and also offer our consent to abide by all rules and regulations as prescribed in the registration kit. In case if we are found in violation to any of the rules and / or guidelines prescribed in the registration kit, we accept the cancellation of our registration without any notice. We also accept, under such circumstances, the registration fee submitted in favor of BAJA SAEINDIA towards the Virtual BAJA and / or the main event shall NOT be refunded to us. We accept the penalty / disqualification imposed upon us due to non compliance with the guidelines / rules as prescribed in the rulebook. We accept that the rules and guidelines for BAJA SAEINDIA are liable to change without prior notice, and shall conform to the latest revision of guidelines as available on the BAJA SAEINDIA website OR communicated by the competent authority to the team leader, prior to the conduct of the event. Any losses arising due to loss of communication due to erroneous data shall be solely the responsibility of the team. We understand and abide by the policies adopted by the BAJA SAEINDIA organizing committee, which are subject to change during the course of events prior or during the BAJA SAEINDIA, which would be in the best interest of the event en large. We certify that our faculty advisor reserves the right to cancel the registration of the team or change the team constitution during the course of BAJA SAEINDIA 2012, based on valid reasons and acceptance by the majority st of the team. The team database as managed by the team leader on the BAJA SAEINDIA website upto 1 November 2011 shall be considered as the final team constitution for the event. We shall NOT undertake any changes in team constitution and if done, it shall NOT be considered legitimate by the organizing committee. The presence of faculty advisor is MUST during the BAJA SAEINDIA event. In his absence we face the risk of elimination due to any unresolved dispute. The BAJA SAEINDIA organizing committee shall regard the faculty advisor as the competent authority to represent the team and the institute during the event. We respect the non discriminative practices of BAJA SAEINDIA and shall comply by the same. We accept that only ONE TEAM PER INSTITUTE is allowed to participate in the event, however, an institute may register upto two teams. The registration of two teams DOES NOT guarantee or favor the selection of the institute into the main event. All teams would be treated at par with each other. The selection shall be made entirely on the basis of merit achieved in the Virtual BAJA event. In case of two teams representing an institute, the team with higher merit would stand a chance to qualify for the main event, even in case, if both teams occur in the merit list. Only ONE team would be selected to participate in the main event. We agree to respect the decision of the BAJA SAEINDIA organizing committee regarding our registration towards the Virtual BAJA and / or the BAJA SAEINDIA 2012 and abide by the same. We declare that we would NOT use any unfair means or seek professional help during participation in the BAJA SAEINDIA 2012. If found so, we shall be disqualified without notice and without the refund of fee.

We agree to follow all instructions and guidelines of the organizing committee in a respectable and polite manner. In case of any disputes, the same shall be communicated to the concerned authority, being the Convener, through the faculty advisor. In absence of the faculty advisor, we risk the chances of non resolution of disputes. We agree to take part in the Virtual BAJA event irrespective of the venue. The venue may be chosen as one of the registered participants for BAJA SAEINDIA 2012; however, no representative from the team or the host shall form a part of the jury or influence the functioning of the event or selection of teams. We agree to offer all benefits as communicated by the BAJA SAEINDIA organizing committee to the event and / or award sponsors. The interests of the BAJA SAEINDIA 2012 sponsors are primary, over and above the team sponsor (if any) and shall be respected at all times. We agree to accept the penalty as imposed by BAJA SAEINDIA Organizing Committee throughout the event. For any clarifications, our faculty advisor shall present the case to the concerned authority. We agree to face disqualification / penalty from the event on account of non-compliance with the technical guidelines as per the format and deadlines indicated by the organizing committee. We agree for abnegation from evaluation of reports / scoring of static or dynamic events on account of nonadherence to the prescribed deadlines. It is solely the responsibility of the team to manage participation in all BAJA SAEINDIA events within the stipulated timeframe. We request the BAJA SAEINDIA 2012 organizing committee to grant us the provisional registration towards the event.
