PRINCE2, or Projects in Controlled Environments, is the worlds most widely used method for managing projects. It helps you work out who should be involved and what they will be responsible for. It gives you a set of processes to work through and explains what information you should be gathering along the way. PRINCE2 enables to you learn methods and tools to successfully manage your projects. Delivered by the e-School of Business and Quality Management at Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University, this course conforms to the syllabus for those delegates wishing to gain both PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner level certications.

This is a blended learning package and includes both instructor workshops and eLearning courses. Specically it includes the following: Prince 2 Overview Workshop License and training for e-learning materials Revision and Exam Preparation Workshops (2 days) Examination Guidelines Examination Accreditation PRINCE2 Foundation Examination: One hour duration; closed-book Multiple-choice of 70 questions Minimum of 35 marks out of 70 to pass (50%).
