SRF Profiles, Roles and Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for Employee Life Cycle Management of 350+ employees of the Employees of SRF LIMITED CHEMICAL P-R&D UNIT. Handling HR generalist function includes recruitment, selection and Induction/Orientation of new Personnel, training & development, performance appraisal, compensation & benefits, ESI nos, ESI & PF forms, exit Process and maintenance of HR Records. Company Profile: SRF is a multi-business entity engaged in the manufacturing of chemical based industrial intermediates. Established in 1973, SRF has today grown into a global enterprise with operations in 4 countries. With head quarters in Gurgaon, India, the $450 million company has operations in three more countries, UAE, Thailand and South Africa. Apart from Technical Textiles Business, in which it enjoys a global leadership position, SRF is a domestic leader in Refrigerants, Engineering Plastics and Industrial Yarns as well. Responsibilities: Recruitment-

Designed and implemented recruitment strategy on external and internal sourcing from Junior to senior level Employees, Handling complete recruitment cycle i.e. from Manpower Planning till hiring of the suitable candidate. Involved in selection process, conducting aptitude test, final interviews, salary fitment, Screening, Negotiation on various aspects of role & position offered. Issue offer letter and Appointment letter on the joining date.

Induction & Orientation Plan, organize, and conduct induction Programmed, devise the orientation plan for the new joiners. Complete the joining formalities i.e. collect the required documents.

Training & Development Work with managers to Identify, compile and analyze training needs of the Company Facilitate the training department to prepare training calendar for organize the internal trainings Training feedback, evaluation and effectiveness check

Maintain training database & records.

HR Administration Offer release, bank account opening, ID card coordination, sending details to the top management. Verification of documents and employment screening/background verification of new joined employees i.e. verification report includes: Tenure with the Company, Title of last position held, Starting & ending salary, Dues with the company, Reason for leaving, eligible for rehire, Attendance, over all Satisfaction of Employment, Behaviour with Colleagues, etc Grievance handling various staff issues/queries related to various HR Policies, confirmation. Maintain all HR files and employee information in various forms like employee database, employee CV's, review history, preparing all HR letters and certificates. etc. Coordinate in various events like ESIC camp, LSA award, Family day, birthday celebration etc. Ensure that employee receive their birthday cards and coupons before or on due date. Ensure that employee receive their appointment letter within 7 days of joining and confirmation on due date after receiving confirmation form from respective HODs. Ensure that all the vendors receive their payment within 10 days after submitting their bills.

Handles little bit of ESIC & PF.

Feeding of declaration forms with photos& signatures of ESIC and PF. Theoretical knowledge of Challan preparation of PF and various forms used in PF. Filling up of Form 19, Affidavit & 10c in case of PF withdraw and Form 13,10c, in case of PF transfer.

Preparations & updating of all related MIS.

Preparation & updating of all MIS like Training, Mediclaim, Recruitment, Contractor Details, Uniform, loan, LTA.

Exit Process Conduct, document, analyze exit interviews Coordinating & managing Employee Final Settlement with the help of finance dept. and sending circular to other departments at the time of relieving of an employee. Handled the issue by giving warning through verbally or written (issuing warning letter) till termination of employees due to continuous absenteeism, no prior intimation before taking leaves, unable to reach assigned targets, lack of ownership & responsibility etc.

GI Group Profile, Roles and Responsibilities: Gi Staffing Services Pvt. Ltd., is a HR and Payroll outsourcing organization and 100% subsidiary of Gi Group which is a $1.4 billion organization . Gi Group enters the Indian market in November 2008 acquiring Elixir Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. It is present through a strategic joint venture with Elixir, which is a leader in the sphere of Search and Selection services and which executes its operations under the following business heads: Executive Search, HR and Payroll outsourcing and temporary staffing. It has presence in Germany, Poland, China Brazil, France, Spain, Romania, Argentina, and United Kingdom. Overall responsibility of 450 Associate deputed at 10 clients at various location PAN India. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Look after complete requirement of 13 clients in terms of recruitment and complete HR activity. Joining Formalities of Associate: Submission of PF form. ESI form, Employment form and bank Form deputed at 10 organizations. Preparation and Release of offer letter and appointment letter before and after joining respectively. Providing the payroll input of 450 associate and provide the same to finance for salary process and credit. Arrange for bank account opening for new associate. Attendance processing of all the associates from all the clients. Raise invoice against salary given. Payroll processing for all associate on the given date. Solving day today query of the clients and associates. Exit and F&F Process of associate. Preparation of salary slip of employees Preparation of salary breakup. Follow up for attendance with client and prepare attendance data and leave data.

Preparation of Dashboard of each client. Keeping record of ESI card, PF No and ID card. Knowledge of Preparation of monthly challan with details like form 12 A, Form 5, Form10. Preparation of Audit Registers for e.g. Fine Register, OT Register, Advance Register , Accident Register, Damages or Loss Register, Muster Roll, Workforce Register, Register of Wages, E.S.I Contribution Register, Bonus Register, Leave with Wages Register, National Holiday Register. Keeping record of PF withdrawal form and fill up all PF withdrawal form of associate.

Ensure all current and future processes are designed in a manner that support standardization, cost
optimization, productivity enhancement and realization of the function's operational and service delivery commitments. Document / Re-design a robust process on New Joinees / Leave & Attendance / Exit. Monitor and ensure smooth functioning of process for all new joinees in the organisation which includes timely issuance of employee codes / appointment letters etc. Ensure personnel files are updated with all required documents. Induction process for all new joinees in the organisation. Implement Document Management System to reduce paperwork and improve efficiency. Ensure coverage of all new joinees and existing employees in Medical / Life / Group Accident cover. Streamline the Exit Process and ensure all F&Fs are processed within TAT. Coordinate with Legal / Finance in cases where Recovery is pending. Ensure MIS monthly on F&F pending / Recovery is published. Work closely with Finance to ensure timely F&F payments and reconciliations. Ensure all Promotion / Transfer related cases of updated in HR system on a timely basis. Ensure all data pertaining to New Joinees / Promotion / Transfers are updated to various departments and payroll vendor on a weekly /fortnightly / monthly basis. Monitor and ensure smooth functioning of the Leave & Attendance process. Regular analysis on leave and attendance data for organisational benefit. Evaluate system and work on enhancements to lower manual activity. Ensure data correctness in the HR system. Oversee and implement human resources policies, which may include: Travel, Relocation, Transfer, Working Hours, Dress, Blackberry & Data card, Deputation, Leave, Exit, Marriage, Hiring of Relatives, etc. Responsible for generation and keeping a track of Appointment Letters/Employee Codes/Annual Review Exercise/PIP Letters etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

MBA (HR & Marketing) (Master in Human Resource & Marketing) from ICFAI University, Dehradun with 7.7 CGPA in July 2010. Graduation (Bachelor of Computer Application) from D.A.M.I.T.S (Sambalpur Univ.) with Aggregate of 74% in June 2008. IT SKILLS
